It appears that Kotobukiya will be releasing a 1/35 scale HMM Wild Liger Guren Ver. in December 2020 for 10,800 yen. This kit will be exclusive to Kotobukiya Shop stores in Japan. I wish Kotobukiya would stop making so many exclusives. It's kind of pointless.

Exclusives aren't pointless. It sucks for international fans, but they exist for a multitude of reasons. The main one being people want them, and their limited availability makes them even more desirable.

There is a time in the anime when Arashi and the Liger get out of control, but if I remember right, it's purple not red, and more of an aura and not an actual color change, so I think this is mostly just Kotobukiya taking creative liberties.

Yikes. Shipping from AmazonJP is $34 for a standard Wild Liger, and Buyee estimates this weight range for $44. I can't even fathom how they have this packed to hit that shipping price. At the very least they must not have removed it from Koto's shipping box.
