I actually love the Gatling- it is a new, solid design. Now I want to see one with a nod to the Robostrux Badox twin missile launcher with a gunner seat on it. ^_^

Cost effective? Just snapping the HMM Gojulas together with a bit of detailing took me 3 weeks and it's some of the most fun I've ever had with a model kit. I'd call that plenty of bang for my buck. Is it a lot of money? Sure. But you're getting something beyond even most PG Gunpla for it.

Yeah, the kit is based mostly off the Yuji Kaida version, so depicts the generic shoulder gun and maneuver thrusters on the back. It also includes an optional gatling gun as a reference to the webcomics. The gatling gun, if I'm not mistaken, is a generic HMM one though, so it's more a shout-out than specifically based on the webcomic (since the webcomic has a unique gatling design, which the HMM didn't use).
