Today began the first ever official crowdfunding campaign for Zoids Wild: ZOIDSWILD The Art of BATTLEFIELD, an immense book featuring a 1/1 scale Wild Liger cap on the cover and measuring a grand size of 55 x 44 cm, not including the double door format that opens it up into 50 x 169 cm. The book will feature a wide variety of clean scans from CoroCoro Comic, etc. inspired by the photographer of these set ups, who recalled a large, vintage book called "American Birds" after seeing the movie. They thought it would be great to have something like that for Zoids, and promptly got in contact with a printing shop. So, the important stuff: _____________________________________________________________________________ Crowdfunding Campaign: Ends January 31stLimited to residents of Japan only!Crowdfunding Rewards: 11,000 Yen Cost- One "ZOIDSWILD The art of BATTLEFIELD" book - Fang Tiger "White Tiger Form" armor parts - Large poster drawn by Michiro Ueyama (Same size as the book so no folds) Schedule: - Project Starts: December 27th 2019 - Project Ends: January 31st 2020 - Book Delivery: Mid April 2020 - Armor Parts Delivery: Late May 2020 * Schedules with crowdfunding endeavors may be subject to change * Price includes shipping and tax_____________________________________________________________________________ So, while this is all grand, it is indeed limited to Japanese residents. So you'll need to find a Japanese proxy to buy through. I'll post again once we have some order confirmations.

Thanks for the info! The book looks gorgeous and I really admire all the work they put into the campaign page. I wish Zoids had more coverage in print, but for me personally it's too bad it's Japan only.

Wow..... really, this is totally unexpected. I would prefer the older models, of course, but these are pretty cool. I find this image funny... To me it is almost an admission that the design team really wanted to match the original scale of the prior series. After all, the Zoids Wild kitties are about the size of a moving van.

I'm trying to think about the size of the pilots, I think that's not THAT far off. Exchange that humvee for a go-kart. Then again it's hard for me to estimate, they all seem different
