Huh, would not have expected an archaeopteryx type to be a medium size motorized Zoid. Looks great! Some nice shapes on this one.

Another archaeopteryx squandered, what is it with zoids and being unable to make such a cool animal live up to its potential? What even is that head? It looks like a turkey and a shark did something unspeakable together and made a sharkey. Naw it looks like a skeksis is what it looks like. And that weird disconnected foot armor... The wings clustering with the tail to make a random thick spiky mess that swings forward.. no thanks

TT has just posted a new tweet showing off this Zoid. Although it uses the Gilraptor body, there is a TON of new parts. The folding wings is a cool mechanism, and I love that they tried to incorporate leg scales, and in turn repurpose the arm pegs for a weapons mount. Those claws are cool, too. Imagine they'll be great for custom fodder! |

The only other archaeopteryx zoid I could think of is the Storch.

Oh yeah, the bioraptor one was a microraptor gui, not an archaeopteryx. Well it was ALSO disappointing.
I was a little hard on this guy, but I do agree though that the guns look great and it's got lots of custom potential.
I just wish we could get a walking-bird zoid with proper folded wing posture instead of this weirdness. Something similar to Orudios's wings would be most welcome
