Thanks for testing that, I would not have dared that Makes sense regarding the integrity though. For me it was just the left leg armor and as it is on the inside (the plastic around the hole) so basically I don't see it and I wouldn't be changing armor anyway. Maybe it was a one-time thing. Same as that one of my Gil came out of the box with a dead motor.. I have all ZW kits as first batch as I have always received them when they came out. And I'm across the pond, in The Netherlands so I am fortunate enough to actually get them that fast. (As over here I can't even remember when we last had them in stores, besides the one overly insane expensive shop that imports for cheap and resells for insane prices. I will get the Western releases and UK would be the closest (depending on that weird brexit thing, because then it would still be import Oh I don't know what they will make of the names, granted that whole food thing was a bit weird, but then again I remember a certain team on Genesis Not name wise but I like the Japanese thing regarding things like that. And although some names are meh, Dilofos without ph, or just weird ZW kit names for some, I do prefer Spideath over Phobia. Wardick comes to mind haha, which is way funnier than Warshark. They will probably call him Scruffy and Arashi will be James. No just kidding but I'd rather watch Japanese and have subs (not seeing that happen anymore) than weird translations.. The Singapore release (those 5 episodes I could watch online) in English were good though, as they stayed true to the source material.

Well I for one am thrilled by this. I feel like I’ve been in hibernation. I can see it now. I was about 11-12 years old the last time Hasbro had zoids in the US. I just turned 30 and darn right I’ll be elbowing kids outta my way at the local Wal-Mart.

Honestly, I'm kind of glad to hear the Hasbro versions are simplified, that's one more reason for me to skip this release and just stick to the Japanese versions - shipping wise it doesn't make a difference to me, and I'm already buying more ZW models than I know where to stash at this point.
It'll be a different story if this stuff makes it onto store shelves in mainland Europe, though. The day I walk into a store in my city and there's a Zoids shelf, I'll probably die from a happiness-induced heart attack.
