Well we all knew this one is coming, but because of the boxshot and promo pic I think this will come out as ZW32 (Geno is 33 and the CP weapon sets are 30 and 31)
Because Geno and Styrazor were recently shown we actual models this will probably be available in November with Geno.
Personally I still don't like the Wild Blast (now Machine Blast) like Tricera. And I am actually not blown away at all by this rehashed version.
What is noticeable though is that (like Sniptera) there is another recolor on the boxart (I reckon for demonstrational purposes only, not actually coming out as blue Gannon) but who knows.

It has some interesting features, but really, I think they tried to adhere too closely to the original, especially the shield-ram mechanic. Couldn't they work out something else? Maybe not, but I would have liked to see something cooler.

Yes indeed, exactly that. For Tricera I always thought that it would have been better to let just the spike come out instead of the whole sunflower head spike frills combo. So expected they'd do the same with this one but it makes even less sense.

Oh here we go, up for pre-order at TT takaratomymall.jp/shop/g/g4904810596950Priced at 5184 (as opposed to Tricera for 4860) Comparing Gannontoise for 3240 and Bazootle 3780 as I allready noticed a small price hike between ZW and "ZW2" kits. And 26th of October, making that month the release of the two weapon sets and this one and November for Geno (and maybe Gatling Fox??)

There is only one box art on the site this time? I wonder why? This one looks good, though. There are many mixed opinions on this Zoid, but I like it a lot more than Triceradogos. It looks less cartoony and more like a capable Zoid. Also appreciate them going with colors that aren't super bright.
Perhaps the price hike is due to the additional weapon parts. They might require more sprues to cast (in the company, before being removed for the packaging process.)

Hanyoutai yeah I thought the same. The art is out (as it's the pic above the TT mall post) but they didn't show that one on the TT site? As I recall this is the first time they left one out? Yeah the price hike (and it's not that much) is indeed probably for those parts. I just don't like the gold and I have seen custom paintjobs on Trike and those did look much better color wise than this one (also making him look way less toy potato shaped). Maybe in hand Styrazor will be a bit better (as I was less excited for Trike beforehand too and is better in hand.) @bladeligerzero this should be the third. Crimson Horn, the Blox one (forgot his name, wasn't it Styluarmor or something) which was actually quite crappy because of bad plastic in most red parts) and now this one

Oh they actually went with Stylaser? Okay.. The beige actually looks a bit better in the vid, it's the gold that doesn't quite fit though..

I figured they would be going with Stylaser after we saw what the design actually looked like, but didn't want to make any changes until we knew for sure. The kana is fairly interchangeable in this case.
It looks like Stylaser will also be pretty darn well rounded in terms of stats. This is my best guess at the equipment list. Looks like it has a lot of electrical options for both offense and defense, aside from having multiple varieties of guns. It's one of the most well rounded Zoids in the series so far, and I hope we continue to see more of this variety in equipment lists instead of the one trick ponies we've mostly gotten.
Z-O Visor (Eyes) A-Z Gun Sword (Nose) Electric (Electo?) Frill (Crest) Stun Horn (Forehead) Spike Electrode (Round things on frill) A-Z 2 Barrel Anti-Airfact Gun (Top of frill) A-Z Short Laser Gun (Sides of frill) High Power (Accumulation?) Radar (Back) Ground-Guided Missile (Leg) Reactive Armor (Legs)
