Hi all, I'd like to shamelessly plug a personal project I've been working on for a while. Don't know how many fans of minis, tabletop games, DnD, etc there are here, but I've been designing, sculpting, and producing my own line of resin kits that are now ready for shipping. It's called Mt Lion Minis, and the figures are roughly Warhammer sized with an average adult person standing ~33 mm tall. They are unpainted and require assembly. Just launched this week, so please take a look if you're interested. Thanks!

This is great to hear! (Sorry for the late post, but we basically just crammed our kids' summer into the last four days, and I just haven't been on). Love the look of these and the Asian aesthetic! I will definitely take a look at the rest of your line! We play D&D and other games every week with another family, so I will certainly showcase what you've made with them!

These are really cool, dude. I do a bit of miniature painting myself, so I can certainly appreciate what you're doing here. Nice work.

What a fun tradition-- sounds like a nice thing to look forward to each week These are really cool, dude. You seem equally comfortable doing airbrush stuff for the bigger plamo as well as brush painting for smaller scale.

dchan, have you considered 3D scanning your minis and seeing how they print with a service like Shapeways? I bet they would sell like hotcakes!
Last night we had a boss fight to end the first half of my friend's campaign... my wife totally went all LEEEEROOOOY JEEEENKEEENNNSSS on a necromancer and managed to pulp him before he could go full lich on us!

Haha that's great!
That's a good suggestion, but right now my day job already is 3d modeling so for this project I'd like to see if it's viable without taking things digital. Shapeways definitely has a lot of cool stuff made by cool people though.

Well, your physical model skills are really great, so I'm going to assume your digital stuff must be equally impressive. Either way, you've also nailed a great aesthetic that rings of design rooted in lore, and that's awesome.

nice works! I've just started dabbling in building 3d models. I doubt I'll ever be anywhere near your skill level! I bought some 3d printers last year thus requiring the need to learn that side of it as well. Many of the softwares are deep pockets costly. But I've found some that suit my needs....mostly anyways. I still want a quality 3d scanner. Or some other way to print up copies of existing Zoids parts, ideally Gungyrados wings, horns and leg accents to color match wings. There is someone on etsy already making some custom parts just not those. You say that you also do that type of work for work. Any tips you can pass along to us rookies? Anyway keep up the great work and do what you love!

Fantastic, original sculpts! Just looking at the designs, it makes me want to read the lore behind each piece.
