That really is an ugly kit. There are aspects I do like about it, but that face needs some work. The kit actually looks huge... until he touches it! Then it looks like a very expensive Genosaurer (size-wise) as opposed to a Deathsaurer. Not sure if I like it more than the Rex, but the weapons are a vast improvement IMHO.

It looks like a mess to me too. If you take all the parts and kitbash them onto a frame with proper posture it might look great, but as it is I just read it as a bunch of weapons stuck onto a compressed body.

His claws touch the ground when he walks, thought so from the pics, but they actually do..
But unlike the pictures suggested I don't see his head thing light up (his mouth does, but not the top)

There's no LED in the crest, it's supposed to capture residual light from the flame thrower through the clear plastic.

No I know as I didn't expect it to have an extra led. But if the light isn't bright enough to reach the end of the flamethrower, why bother making that headpiece clear in the first place if the light doesn't get refracted right?
Sort of like the Rayse Tiger, where that light passes through, unless the cable "breaks" or dries up, which just happens over time, making the whole light function obsolete as it doesn't reach the end of the cable.

I’m surprised that nobody has brought up that he has a red and black color scheme, similar to Zenebas Zoids. At least until Guylos rounded them up after the Republic kicked their tailpipe in the old Battle Story.
He also has two pairs of Vulcans on his head, similar to Molga and Death Stinger.
I think that the colors are a nice little Easter egg. And sure he’s hideous, but ladies and gentlemen, I submit that’s the point! He’s a weapon of terror, so of course he’s gonna be as ugly as a Xenomorph!

To me, that red/black looks disturbingly like flesh, as opposed to the black/red. I noticed the guns, too. It is appropriately ugly. ^_^

Darth Escargot Mine was on the way, but I waited with shipping because of Gatling Fox (otherwise I'd have to ship twice for no reason). Glad you like it, I believed in Geno even though the proportions might look off (and still ordered two, for reasons  )
