This is for sure an April Fools thing~ The doll is known as Licca-chan. April Fools is pretty big in the Japanese Zoids community, including by the company~ So tons of customs, etc. show up at this time every year.

Yeah I thought so, but was just hoping it wasn't. I personally hate April fools (because I think it's something you do in preschool or something) and things like this are one of the reasons why. Because often companies make really cool announcements which would actually sell.
