As i did not find such thing i create a new thread for Z-Knights. I would like to see new acquisitions here as well as Collections and all other stuff as Z-Knights are a very cool line to zoids with many unique features as well as differences. Also as Z-Knights are not seen very often would be fun to see pics of them not to be seen elsewhere. To make a start here is the Great Z-Knight i got yesterday. Thanks to Gojulas Omega helping me finally get one of these! seems nearly everyone of this type has this fading into yellow on the bodyparts. Cougan

Cool. I should have some pics for this thread later today, I just keep forgetting to take them, ahem.
Do you know if the Koto Marine Kaizer ever came out? Seems it was announced and just never materialized.

Alright, here's what I've got. I actually have four more from the European release still MIB, and I keep promising myself to build them. Might do Hacker this week because I can't find the little guys. Here's Z-Knight from the Japanese release, looking dusty. I don't know why I didn't put the stickers on. Also, I wanted to make a video of him walking, but sadly, as with basically all of my old stuff, the motor's completely dead. And here's ROM from the European release. Couldn't find the box and it turned out to be surprisingly difficult to find out what his name is. Given the shocking scarcity of information about individual models out there, I think I really need to get the other four built and document them properly.

These Z-Knights look very good just a bit dust like new and i personally like the colors of Z-Knight more than the blue and red from the European Version. And Hacker is one of my favorite ones as it looks like a jaeger mech from pacific rim.

Man, I'm sure glad you mentioned that the Koto Marinekaizer actually does exist, I really thought that had been cancelled for some reason, and as it turns out I actually managed to find one on Amazon for a totally reasonable price. I have the other Koto Knight (unbuilt as of yet), but I really think the MK is where they got it right. Their Z-Knight looks way too skinny.

I totally agree the Z-Knight looks like an Eldar Phantom Lord from WH 40k if you know these Tabletop. Would be good to see if the Marinekaizer is a better design so maybe you could review this one. Cougan Yeah, I've actually started painting Warhammer miniatures recently, so don't be surprised if I suddenly stop posting, it'll be because I'm broke and homeless. Sigh. Anyway, I'm just saying that about the Marinekaizer based on pictures I've seen, it looks nice and bulky, just with some added detail. Maybe I'll do a review, but I'm always a bit wary of snapping anything by Kotobukiya together before I paint it because of how tightly everything fits, it's hard to take it apart after the fact. Then again, as with the Tomy Z-Knights, there's so little info out there, I kinda feel like it needs to be done.

This was of course one reason i thought this thread makes sense as i searched for myself information about Z-Knights.
So my next review will be Skullviper.

So here is the next short review of a Z-Knight called Skullviper. This is a midsize Z-Knight and i build the japanese Version now as it has different colors and Boxart than the European version. I really like the Box and the drawings also these in the manual as they are much more detailed than the European ones. It is a very unique design like the other midsized Z-Knights and i like the colors a bit more than these from the European Release. Cougan

Wow, that's a really nice looking kit. Agreed about the colors, too, it definitely looks better in green. May have to find one of these for myself.

Thanks and yes the green fits more to the soldier-like design i guess. Even if this is of course a very cool mecha the other two midsized ones (dessertwalker and Aegir) are even better in my eyes. Great military styling on that Skullviper! Looks really rugged. Too bad they didn't opt to do a full HMM release of Z-knights!
