Oh I hope so! Then all we have to worry about is the translations.
I think I know what rabbit lizard thing you mean, Ruuji/Murasame liger overreactingly braced up for a fight when it jumped out of the bushes. I made a gif of it on Tumblr years ago but can't find the darn thing.
Also we have a decent list of character names now. Kinda makes me hungry though, so far there we have Arashi, Bacon, Penne, Onigiri, Gyoza, Caviar and Drake. I'm just waiting for Boscaiola to appear. lol , so some Italian food names and Japanese food names thrown in there with Arashi and Drake being the only non foods, nooo idea what on earth is going on there. Cruel parents, though being Japanese it's probably their surnames now I think of it.

Wouldn't beef jerky be like 20 dollars a bag in japan?

A little late to the post, but here's a comic page example posted on the Zoids Official Twitter. This is one of four previews that was posted in the April 2018 issue of Coro Coro Comic (along with a couple color diaroma style images.) One of the other three pages we've already seen, but the remaining two feature quite cool scenes. Once again, I'm really enjoying the style of the Zoids themselves, other than the cartoon eyes, but I can get used to that. Even with that cartoony aspect, they're still pretty detailed for a silly scene like this. Do we know yet when the actual comic will start publishing? Is it also in June/July, or will it continue with the next issue of CoroCoro? Just curious.

I just don't get the constant stuck-out tongue. I keep wincing at the thought of him biting down on it. But other than that, yeah, the zoids do look good, and I'm happy that they seem to be being characterised as animals as much as machines. The cartoony eyes may be goofy, but they're also very characterful.

The Zoids Wild Site has updated! It now plays the recent teaser in the background (which is frankly just obnoxious and distracting, but hey) and now includes a bit of story information and a list of the cast & characters. With the series launching on MBS / TBS there's decent streams around the internet. Looking forward to seeing more from this site!

It starts in the May issue of CoroCoro Comic~ Thank you! That one I would buy it, but afterwards I will get the Tankoubon, since the magazines are way too big!

They are! I'd never ordered a full issue of CoroCoro before. Was a bit annoyed at the size since I thought it'd be normal bunko scale or something. Didn't think it'd literally be over 750 pages, haha. Now I realize the shipping is pretty reasonable!

These new revamped, updated Zoids have seriously given a new lease life to my passion for Zoids. I just hope we get to see them at retail here in the UK.

Interesting new product listing on HobbyLinkJapan: Zoids Wild: Wild Blast Mini Collection (1 Box - 8 pcs) by Takara-Tomy A.R.T.S. Listed for a July 2018 release with a price of ¥2400. There's only a generic description for it: "This item is a series of gashapon (capsule toys) or trading figures depicting characters from science fiction." No other Zoids Wild listings that I could dig up yet unfortunately. EDIT: Some Twitter updates as well from the official Zoids account. Today is Lion Day (04/04), so there was a celebratory Wild Liger tweet: Here. Also, there will be Zoids Wild articles in both the May issues of Model Graphics and Figure King (Issue No. 242) - hopefully there will be scans of these online soon as it seems a bit expensive to import them.

I picked a good time to poke my head back in here. A new Zoids series! While I'm not 100% sold on it, I am more than willing to give it an extended chance to win me over completely.

It would be nice if that turned out to be the individually sculpted rider figurines. I'm not sure there are enough characters for a series of blind boxes, but I guess Takara Tomy can milk them with special colour schemes, translucent plastic, etc.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe so. They've made a couple posts just talking about, or "introducing" old Zoids, but these aren't for rereleases. It's just to stir up thoughts and conversation about the series of the past.
