The red makes all the difference for the Storm Sworder. If I am ever in Japan in the future, I might pick one up. But for now, I will have to pass.
And thank you Han

Did you guys know that Sturm Tyrann is German for Storm Tyrant?

Yups. The Japanese are very fond of German names for many of their kits. After all, look at the LZ Schneider, Jaeger, and Panzer... all German names. ^_^

I just wanted to link this Twitter post since it shows the Storm Sworder without any paint. Color wise this is a nice look, although I expect builders (barring paint) to be at the mercy of how the marbling overlays. His face kind of looks like he was in a bit of a car accident~

Why does the silver have such issues with marbeling?

Silver is such a nice color, and yet kits like these always have marbling. Does anyone understand how marbling occurs in plastics?

I'm pretty sure they add a metallic powder to the plastic mix, so it's impossible for it to fully dissolve. All it can do is hold itself in suspension, and obviously that's not perfect

That looks excellent! Though the active blades should technically be glowing.

There's a new blog post of the Sturm Tyrann, along with a photo of the Sturm Fuhrer. It looks really nice, but I hope it is indeed dark red and not pink as it appears in some lighting. In general though, I really like the balance of this kit and I may pick up the additional CP as well. The Tyrann does not come with the parts to build a red Fuhrer due to limited box space. A bit of a shame, but it still looks great.

That is a very interesting reason considering the Liger Zero Empire situation.

Sturm Furher looks a lot better than I would have thought; I never liked the mismatched red and pale lavender. HMM Strum Fuhrer almost looks like an art piece, or a prototype. I rather like it.
A shame that Sturm Tyrann won't include the Berserk pieces. If I ever get my hands on the Yuji Kaida version I will have to display it as the Berserk Tyrann.

In any case; The original Sturm Tyrann included all the original parts of the Berserk Fury, so you could display either a Sturm Tyrann or a Berserk Tyrann. The HMM version of Strum Tyrann will exclude any frames only containing parts necessary for the construction of the Berserk Tyrann. I am sure that the HMM Strum Tyrann will have some leftover parts though.
