Are there any translations for Saga DS or 3 that are complete? I have partial ones but half the enjoyment of an rpg is the story...just battling doesn't help. Especially when you're not sure what exactly is going on.

They're, uh... they're on my list, but don't expect them any time soon. The Saga games have a lot of text. (I can give you a one-page summary of the Saga Fuzors plot, though, if you want.)

I guess that would work. But yeah, it sucks that the US only got 1/3 of the few series we got. Europe got even less though. And honestly, this is probably why the Franchise didn't do so well, they didn't push it that ahrd outside of japan as a franchise.

Here you go, a fairly detailed summary of Saga Fuzors. I wrote this up while playing through the game for the first time a few years ago. Unfortunately I don't have one for Saga DS, because I was playing that on an actual DS and away from my computer most of the time. I could write a less-detailed one, but I'd have to go off memory for a lot of it.
Chapter 1: Will is looking for the criminals who killed his father Org two months ago, suspecting they are connected to the current Zoid thefts. Returning to Blue City, he meets his childhood friend Acty, who is happy to see him but becomes irritated when he seems not to remember the promise they made when they were young - and gets more annoyed after he has left, when she finds out that he stole a Gustav and a Leoblaze. Will encounters the suspicious characters Hagall and Opis, who battle him and then escape through an "Extreme Crack" - a rip in space-time. During the battle, Sigma shows up and gets hit when Will dodges. Soon afterwards, Will decides to join Mach Storm (although Sigma doesn't trust him), and they search for the Extreme Crack - it has vanished, but they find Blake instead, who challenges them to a battle. Later, Mach Storm goes to fight the Killer Spiner and then some stray Zoids, coming to the aid of Ciao and Deed. They also meet the Buster Fuhrer, and are saved by the Fire Phoenix. RD becomes obsessed and eventually tracks it down - but it has been captured by Hagall and Opis, who flee through another Extreme Crack. King Athle emerges from the Crack and explains about the different worlds, and how Opis stole his Trinity Liger. Will and RD decide to chase the enemies through the Extreme Crack.
Chapter 2: They arrive in Helic Republic territory, where the Empire has recently been driven away. They meet Van, and later Irvine and Moonbay, and decide to work together to find Fiona and Zeke. After exploring Algaro Mountain and fighting Raven's Saber Tiger, they find Hagall once again. When he is chased off, he leaves behind Fiona and Zeke, but explains that the Fire Phoenix is already somewhere else. Will and RD separate from Van's group and return through the Extreme Crack.
Chapter 3: Acty has been looking for Will, and asks him to track down odd-job merchant Alma, last heard from in the Junk Zone. After helping her fight off the Brachio Tortoise, they learn that Keith has admitted to the Zoid thefts and challenged them to an arena battle. However, this is just a decoy while Opis breaks into a jail and releases the prisoners. His target is Crown, leader of Ambitions, a criminal organisation responsible for the death of Will's father. Marvis and Jean Holiday are also freed, and both challenge Mach Storm to battles. Jean escapes (pursued by Ciao), but Marvis sends in Crown in a D.A. Lizards. Crown reveals that he had Org killed for "not giving him what he asked for". After he is beaten, he and Opis move on to the "next plan" and retreat through another Extreme Crack, followed by Will and Mach Storm.
Chapter 4: They end up in a desert area, and learn in a nearby town that some Zoid thieves fled towards Romeo City. Bit joins the group, his Liger Zero having been stolen as well. As they follow, the team is caught up in Dark Battles against Team Tigers, Team Champ (including Cisco) and Team Fluegel, who have been bribed to obstruct them. Leon and Naomi join the team as they head to the arena in Romeo City. There they find Realm and the Backdraft Group, who have been "taming" the Fire Phoenix - until it escapes, and Will's group attacks Realm. After a tough battle, the Fire Phoenix combines with RD's Liger Zero and chases off Realm. Bit, Leon and Naomi leave, and the team returns to their own time.
Chapter 5: Opis and Crown decide to search for the strongest Zoids to combine. Meanwhile, Mach Storm has been invited to a Battle League tournament secretly organised by Ambitions. They suspect a trap but enter anyway, with a Matrix Dragon as their first opponent. They recognise the pilot as Watts, who stole Matt's Leoblaze. The next battle is against the visiting warriors of Sakui, who decide to return home when beaten, while the third battle is against Ambitions members: selfish Ogre and fake-airhead Lamia. The finals are against Savage Hammer's Buster Fuhrer and Lord Gale, but everything goes normally. As they leave, they spot Opis and pursue him, but are intercepted by a mysterious Energy Liger. They defeat it and follow Opis through another Extreme Crack...
Chapter 6: While Opis returns to update Emperos on the Death Saurer revival plan, Will and friends arrive in Guylos Empire territory amidst a flurry of rumours about Emperor Rudolph. While investigating, they are arrested by the Empire army and taken to a fort for questioning. The fort is then attacked by the Republic in an attempt to recover the Gojulas, giving Will's group a chance to escape. When they finally reach the exit, they are discovered by Thomas (in a green Saber Tiger) and his "System Proto-BEEK". Once defeated, he explains he was just buying time and flees, allowing Hermann to recover the Gojulas. Hermann explains that he is taking Rudolph to Guygalos before Prozen's coronation, then leaves. Will's group heads to Guygalos, just in time to see Van defeating Prozen's Death Saurer, but Fiona comments that the unpleasant feeling is still around... and sure enough, Irvine and Moonbay bring news of a rampaging Geno Saurer. When they go to investigate, they find Hermann's Gojulas being attacked by Ravine, who recognises Fiona as an Ancient Zoidian and retreats after the battle. The team then spots Opis and chases him through yet another Extreme Crack, this time bringing Van's group along...
Chapter 7: The team arrives at Line Town, where they are immediately met by Bit and Athle, who explains that a new Zoid has been stolen - the Victory Liger, developed by Acty for Will (although luckily, Athle has recovered his Trinity Liger). As they search for news, they learn that the Royal Cup will be followed by a new tournament called the All-Star Battle - and the prize is the Victory Liger. Harry lets them join Team Champ to participate, but on the condition that Bit records Leena's voice for an alarm clock (and that everyone calls him Captain). They are surprised to find that their first opponent is Team Blitz, who are not happy that Bit left. The second match is against the Backdraft Group, who were apparently "officially selected" for the tournament, and the final is against a disappointed Vega, who later joins the group out of curiosity. Team Blitz and Team Fluegel also join up with Will, and they collect the Victory Liger without any problems, suggesting Opis had some other plan...
Chapter 8: Back in Blue City, RD goes off on his own, while Will goes to see Acty... and finds her drugged, and her new Tyrannosaurus-type Zoid (designed to combine with the Victory Liger) stolen. Will goes to find RD, who has gone in search of the Energy Liger, and finds him facing Blake's Gairyuki, which destroys the Fire Phoenix. Later, Will is again sent to find RD, who is still in shock, but RD is first found by mysterious girl Venus and then Blake. Blake tries to destroy RD, but Venus calls to the Jet Falcon for help. It combines with the Liger Zero to defeat the Gairyuki, and Venus farewells RD before disappearing. Will then sees her in Blue City, appearing and disappearing around him before teleporting him to Forest Town. There, Will and RD are reunited, and Alma shows up (following the transmitter Acty gave Will) with a Whale King borrowed from Acty. When they return to the office, Alma explains that she asked Arrow for help finding the Ambitions hideout - turns out the entrance was close by all along. Arrow and the Peacekeeping Bureau join Will for the assault. As they infiltrate the base, they find Blood, whose Geno Hydra was stolen by Opis, then track down Crown, who has the Hydra and Victory Rex. Crown explains that Will's father died keeping the Victory Liger's blueprints from him, then combines with the Victory Rex and attacks. After he is beaten, he tries to flee, but Will collects the Victory Rex and catches him, having him arrested. Opis escapes through an Extreme Crack, daring the others to follow, but RD gets caught up in a fight with Blake's Gairyuki. After Blake flees, the team follows Opis...
Chapter 9: This time, the Crack leads to Arcadia Kingdom. In the bar at Arcana Town, they meet the Three Beast Warriors, who were left behind when the "space-time door" closed behind Athle (apparently the Space-Time Transmission Device is unusable due to Emperos' powers). The Beast Warriors explain that Arcadia Castle has been destroyed, and join the team as it heads to the ancient ruins where Opis awakened Emperos. As the team works its way through the ruins, they find Hiltz, Raven and Rease, who have been given custom Genos/Fuhrers by Opis to guard him with. After some more fighting, they reach four Buster Fuhrers, piloted by Opis and Emperos' underlings. Hagall respects the humans, while Realm doesn't care and Ravine pities them. After these foes are driven off, Athle explains that Emperos was thought to have died young after a dispute over succession, but must have been "put to sleep" by someone instead. They finally reach his throne room and confront the young Emperor, who brings out a Death Saurer and a Victory Rex, forming the Death Saurer VF to attack them. They manage to defeat it, but Emperos continues to fight, revealing that he was saved through his father's sacrifice and wishes to "build the promised utopia". Will tries to convince him that the species can coexist, but Emperos merely goes into core-fusion form and resumes his attack. Will finally manages to beat him, while Arrow and Alma capture Opis. Emperos decides to throw himself into a portal to destinations (and dimensions) unknown, and asks Will to accept his vassals, but they appear and choose to go with him. Will's group flees the ruins as they collapse. Back in Arcana, Will offers to help rebuild Arcadia Castle, but Athle convinces him to head home to Acty. Will wakes up, having collapsed on his return, to find that he is officially no longer part of Mach Storm, which saddens RD. Will decides to journey some more, feeling he still doesn't match up to his father, and reveals that he remembered his promise with Acty all along - that they would get married when they grew up. Acty farewells him fondly... until she finds out that he just stole some armour from the company. ...and Harry gets his Leena alarm clock.
Bonus chapter: When Will returns to Blue City, Alpha Richter has become mayor, Marvis is in charge of the Peacekeeping Bureau, and everyone's Zoids have been confiscated. He tries to visit Mach Storm, only to see Sweet and Hop being arrested. Sweet sends him in search of RD, so he asks Sandra for help. She sends him to Rose City, where she suspects Dr. Piers, Blake and RD are. Piers reveals that Luke is with Richter, who was just using Blake to test the Gairyuki, then battles RD and Blake in the Energy Liger. Once it is beaten, it combines into the Energy Ray Liger. After it too is destroyed, Marvis (along with Rebecca, Burton and the brainwashed Luke) shows up to arrest the Zi-Fighters, but the warriors of Sakui come to help, as do Zeru and Juno, who were sent to this world due to "space-time instability", and Acty, who has a new Victory Rex. At last Alpha Richter arrives in his Seismosaurus, and the team manages to bring him down - but then his Zoid combines to become the Ultimate Seismo, and when they beat it too, he forms the Berserk Seismo. Once the battle finally ends, the team returns to Blue City, and Will reveals he's planning to hang around for a while, which makes RD very happy.
Afterwards: As the team goes exploring in Bit's world (leaving Sandra in charge of the office), Harry gets a bad premonition - and sure enough, Mary turns up. She wants to use RD's Liger Zero as a decoration, and challenges him to a battle for it, which his teammates accept for him when Mary offers 10 times the usual prize money. Once her Ultimate Phalanx is beaten, she decides to join the team, much to Harry's displeasure. Athle thinks the whole situation seems familiar... The team also visits the Easy Town arena to find Rastani in a Gojulas Giga Cannon, which he is testing out in battles. After he is beaten, Rastani joins the team, and Will reveals that he was a Black Impact fan.
