Hi,
Still fairly new to zoids but have just gotten into the hmm line. Can anyone tell me if there are any plans to release any more or is what we have our lot? Probably a very popular question but the murasame and hayate are awesome and would love hmm versions. I know they have just released za but they are a bit smaller and lack the building side from what I understand. Any news would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

Death Stinger and Iron Kong PK are the first of "chapter two" of the HMM line, so it would seem like they still have plans to add onto it, although my guess would be that it might take longer for a new one to be announced since they're expanding the ZA line right now.

Isn't Wonderfest coming up? Kotobukiya often has announcements at the big collector events.

This august, if my quick googling is correct, so we'll see fairly shortly. Honestly, I'm pretty excited over what some of the new kits may turn up, now that we've powered through the more popular ligers, the smaller genos, and the like. Truthfully, I'm looking forward to some of the bigger kits, like Death Saurer, or more 'army bulk' zoids like the Rev Raptor, Gordos, and Helcat as counterpoints to the Command Wolf, Godos, and Molga. And yes, I know I'm mixing sides. XD More of the 'bulk'/'troop'/'Zaku #27359' zoids would still be nice to mess around with for dioramas/displays. Not every zoid can be a hero's custom, after all.

Looking at past release patterns, I think the next HMM will be a smaller Zoid since the last two were giant-sized. I really, really want Helcat, and I'm willing to put it on the hood that it'll be either that or Raynos.

Helcat deserves an HMM, and I would be willing to fork over cash for Helcat to be in a two pack like Molga was.

I agree; the smaller kits are essential to the line as they are really the troops that make the war what it is. The "big boys" are great, to be sure, but they are like the star of an action movie... wouldn't be a very great film if you went to see Bond or Borne and there was nobody else in it! I like to see how they can convert a simple set of stick-like parts into a detailed action figure; though I do prefer if they avoid creating dozens of unnecessary little parts when they could have just molded some details. (Also, I know we have a trend here, Koto, but the lavender thing is just so terribly old. Please just use gray or a different shade of the proper kit colors!)
