That's quite the complex build. Who needs LEGO if you have Zoids

Is there any thing bigger than Redhorn? This bad boy was hell to put together. I expect deformities in plastic when working with older models but this one was just like one of the old ones. I use glue for alot of the parts that have tendencies to not stay together, i pulled off all the head parts off the sprue and made sure they fit right i thought and glued it. Ended up having to remove some plastic and then clamped it very carefully over night. The back of the bony veil was another problem. It gave you these lil pieces of plastic to help hold on the back pieces. Well i never could get the pieces in and had to glue the back pieces on. Other than that i love this model. It was challenging enough with out being to challenging and its huge!!!! I put the HMM godos together in 2 days, i could only do about a page at a time with redhorn before my eyes went screwy. Still got some gold, silver, and black details to make and i love that they chose the old fashioned water decals over the stickers. Gonna have to take it back apart for that. Any way its not a very good pic but here is the mechanically finished model........

HMM Gojulas is bigger, but more expensive than the first car i bought for my wife. (Granted it was a crappy car, but still...) and i think maybe Dibison is bigger or at least the same size (i have Dark Horn and Dibison still in box, Dibison box is slightly bigger).
Maybe someone who has Dibison and one of the horns can post a side by side pic? (or one of the lucky people with Gojulas, but i have to warn you i'd be extremely jealous...)
EDIT: While trying to find some comparisons it seems even a HMM Liger Zero Panzer is biger than a Horn...go figure EDIT2: Irong Kong is probably also bigger but again i don't see that many pics for a good comparison

Yea ive looked at tge gojulas theres no way i could justify that purchase. With Redhorn it was a deal at $86 with EMS from japan. Plus Redhorn was my first zoid back in the 80's.
This tripped me out. Im sure your all aware some one found a small gold mine of the original glidolers that came in a polybag. I had to buy one at 15.99. When i opened it up to build it the plastic still had a lil of that factory fresh smell of nostalgia.
These lil kits though seem to be molded in better plastic than what was usually used. Slightly stiffer like a good transformer. Well now doesnt that seem suspicious after reading it. Hmmm are they originals?

Well i spoke too soon about the decals. They were stickers after all. Kinda frustrating since they are so hard to cut. Killed a couple. Looks ok though.

Iron Kong is also bigger than the horn. Congrats on the Red Horn, though!
(if you wanna get technical, the Champ Dark Horn is a bigger version due to its armament)
