LinkIt looks like Kotobukiya is giving us another chance to pick up the Marine Kaiser! I'll be interested to see how it goes.

For me, Z-nights just doesnt have enough going for them to make them interesting.
Maybe if they incorperated something Zoids related to them...I mean, most of the people who even know about Z Knights are Zoids fans anyways. Just seems like a waste that the kits dont have some kind of gimmick.
I feel bad asking for a gimmick, but I wouldnt want it to be a cheap one.

Even being in the same scale would be a nice gimmick.

Imagine if each Z-Knight had alternate forms, powered by Zoids parts.
I dont want to rob Z-knights of their individuality by making the kits "humanoid Zoid robots" so maybe just give them the option, ya know?

Being able to cross-use parts between Zoids and Z-Knights is what I want... Its the same aircraft (as they call it in Japanese) concept! difference is Z-Knights are humanoid and bi-pedal compared to Zoological-type ZOIDS.. Having EXTRA GIMMICKS is not so bad

I thought they WERE in the same scale, and even used the same pilots. I know they used to have some parts compatibility, right? Couldn't they use scitex parts just like grade-up zoids? Or am I just badly remembering stuff I learned 10 years ago and never thought about since All I know is that these kits look a little odd. Something that was originally meant to be more rigid and motorized, translated into a flexible kit, suddenly it has a lot of needless bulk

The original series, yes (I don't think they had Scitex/Grade Up ports, but they did use the same caps and pilots), but not the HMM. Why can't you just stick to one scale, Kotobukiya?

Original Z-Knights even used Zoid caps for assembly. I love the Desert Walker as an "evolved Iron Kong" concept.

Ohhh they're tiny. Yeah that's not going to be popular.

I always thought the Z Knights were pretty cool but never liked them enough to pick them up.
