I was playing soul caibur and had an Idea. Has anyone ever thought about making a soul edge version of a zoid?? I mean, it would be an interesting idea. I'm not the best at making customs. but i just thought maybe i would throw it out.

Hmm... kinda like a biomechanoid Zoid the way they should have been done? Not like "Bio Zoids" which were just a weird way to stick a Zoid inside a dinosaur skeleton... but a Zoid structure held together with living tissue? That could be way cool-creepy.

But zoids are by definition, metal-based life forms. If you use living organic tissue then it wouldn't be a zoid. Sounds like a fun idea though.

Better for the 'tissue' to (if you look closely) be made of lots of little wires and motors

If ya think about it, the soul edge was a living sword, so technically it would work. If ya made a backstory, After soul edge was shattered, Someone scattered the pieces to several universes. On planet z, A prozen loyalist notices a meteor. investingating, he notices the sharred of soul edge. He fuses it to the zoids and now it craves the cores of other zoids.

That is true. it would be freakin insane none the less. You were right two about how it would be a true bio-zoid. I mean. it would be insane. It's a demonic biozoid.

Hmm... I've just had some ideas on exactly how to do this. Too bad I'm short on two things right now... time and money! I've got customs on my bench and I would need about $100 to blow on my idea, but it would definitely turn out to be one unique build.
Now, if I were to attempt it... what Zoid to Bio-ize? Go small but cool, like Rev Raptor, or go "traditional" with a Liger or Geno?

you know i'm a huge fan of the geno :-) so i would say go with him, but you could also go with a soul calibur of the liger. make it like a crystal liger to compete with the soul edge geno. i like the rev raptor too...but it could be a minion zoid...it's too small lol. i would love to see nightmare control the geno.

I'd say mammoth is pretty much begging for it, being that elephants already have that inherently creepy thing going, and Mammoth is easy to strip down to a skeleton, then coat with new parts

Now you're getting creepy. A one-eyed mecha-bio mammoth like Astroth?
