Has anyone else here bought a Neca figure and had it miss parts?
I bought a RE5 Executioner Majini figure back when they came out, but I only now opened it.
Imagine my suprise when I saw that he was missing the back of his axe, and the head of the horizontal nail from his back.
I contacted the company in hopes to get the parts to fix him.

I haven't personally run into any problems with the figures themselves, other than some of the accessories bending in the packaging (Which is understandable).

Never had a problem like that. I got the Garrador, Iron Maiden, Dr. Salvador, and Verdugo figures from RE4 and they were all okay except Verdugo's tail was a bit bent.
It was probably just a packaging error on their part. I'm sure you'll get a replacement part. It'd probably definitely help if you had the receipts and stuff though.

Every single NECA figure I've bought has wound up breaking somehow just trying to pose it. Both Marcus Fenixes (the first, I returned) broke in the exact same way. It's bad enough I'm not going to trust anything with NECA's name on it ever again. =\
That and the fact they do halfassed articulation (swivel jointed hips? really? And they're not even straight, they're crooked!)... NECA's just started striking me as a bad company, and to be avoided like the plague.

I've only opened three of the ten or twelve Neca figures I've bought, but I've never posed any of them.
Honestly, the only reason I opened the Executioner is to use him as a template for a halloween costume. His weapon is the only thing I'm really gonna have to work on, so it figures that it's messed up.
I love Neca's level of detail, but I miss the little figures they used to make.
