Meh.
Releasing another black & red Saber seems kinda stupid and pointless. CP-02 should have begat a Three Guards Tiger...now that would have been worthwhile!
I would also love to see Koto release the CP's as stand alone products.

Same hue doesn't always mean they'll be the same in person...
For instance, Landmine from the first TF movie line, and Armorhide from ROTF line, they're both very green; however, what they DO with their green is very different, and the end result is very different in character; to me, these are the same case. With the Schwarz Tiger, I see a heroic unit; leading the fight, honor... But with the Great Saber, I see a more bloodthirsty creature...

I have to agree on the wanting of Three Guards tiger. Or Stinger's.
I like the wing things, though, even if they're weird.

I think they should have at least gave it a different color scheme, other than that, I just might get this kit.
I'm still waiting for my Schubaltz HMM though.

Well, I don't have any HMM kits let alone a Saber so this one's definately on my list. I'm digging the wings, they look useful now haha. Very blade-like as well.
This would go good with the MK-II Shieldy for that nostalgic rivals vibe

Sorry for deviating, but dude that's a sick mech! I wanna get one of those now too. It'd ride my Gairyuki's back since they got matching colors. The Sword thing's versatility is also similar to Gai's support blox |

Point! And as for the color scheme, it is a Great Sabre... another color scheme and it simply wouldn't be Great Sabre. I would, however, immediately airbrush all the dark gray armor to its proper black. (Pshhhhhhhhhhhhhht! There, that's better!) I wonder if they will HMM-ize the original decals or if we need to order some TDP reprints from Samuel Decal?  |
