I think you could use 1 or 2 more exclamation points there.  Well now, how many people want to bet on some sort of dark horn limited version coming out a few months later? I'd like to see it happen with a spiffy CP 03 to go with it. |

ha ha ha... my prediction was right ( yes i said a dibison or red horn was next) check out the comment on the HMM Iron Kong.
so now that thats done, maybe a Gojulas or Dibison could be next or a Dark Horn version.
i would think there is a pattern in making republic zoid then empire zoids, right? or somehow so.
this is awesome btw

I know the tiger comes with one, which is why you get the tiger, and the hypothetical dark horn, and then you can pack TWO CP 03....
and oh god, the thought of a HMM bison... all those cannons being poseable...

Gotta give the designers their due, the HMM Red Horn has more firepower than the kit version. Missile launcher hidden in the sides of the body, and grenade launchers at the top of each legs.
Also they added more details, the head cockpit now sports the earlier Empire "pilot pod," while the tail gunner is better protected with an enclose canopy and SKIDS!?

A clamshell INSIDE of its eyes.. so it has a double layer of glass... and those things on its hips.. finally do something!!!

OKAY! Now that the honeymoon period has passed, I can go back to disliking HMMs. All in all, I still like what they've done with it, BUT, the one gaping hole I find with this Red Horn design is . . . a big gaping hole (just forward of the hip).
I don't know if it can be justly called a fatal flaw, but it certainly ruins the "impenetrable mobile fortress" vibe the Horn line is supposed to be famous for. Here's hoping they'll plug it up with something before the model is released.

We all know that a dark horn is inevitable now, so many people that can't afford both will wait until the dark horn starts selling and get one of them. The dark horn will probably cost more, though. The cannon on the back looks more impressive than the original one. HMM Red Horn looks great, but I agree with Chuckles.

Bottom left pic on the first link (flat side view). A larger shot can be seen by clicking the alternate set of pictures on that site (third one down). The paranoid side of me believes that they were deliberately trying to hide it with the white stripes and matching background.
