It's weird, my Toywave orders usually sit in customs for a bit, but my Japanese ones come right through. They're probably just being slow, I've only ever had one opened package and it was one that also contained food. Maybe a sniffer dog wanted my biscuits :p.

I got lucky; no customs charges on a parcel the size of a suitcase with a value marked on it of $5.

Is it worth it to get the King Gojulas? I don't exactly have room in this house for him like I did in my old house. But I wanted him ever since I saw him.. I dunno though. Does anyone know how much he costs with shipping all together from Toy Wave? I'd imagine he is heavy..
I plan to order the Shubaltz Tiger and the Geno Breaker HMM next from Toy Wave, but I dunno if I can resist buying the King G or not.

...which reminds me, is there anything different with rebirth gilvader and gildragon? did they return the battery pack mod that they changed in gildragon or is it just purely a re-color?

i'm aware of that. i will rephrase the question then. gilvader used to run on 4 "aa" batteries and tomy modified gildragon's motor to use just 2. does the rebirth gilvy run on 4 or 2 "aa" batteries? if its just 2, then it's just a gildragon re-color...
i meant 3... ;D

its just a re-color then. Genesis probably is the better deal since you get extra horns... not counting the preferred color scheme. i was planning to get one, having second thoughts, not to keen on getting the same zoids in different colors. no offense to the ligers, wolves, iron kongs and gojulas fans.

Ahh, but you CAN have your dragon-style-crest-horns-cake-and-eat-it-too!  You just have to buy 1 of each and swap  If you want 2 pairs of horns though, you have to buy 2 genesis gilvies, and then paint the other set to match old skool gily's colors.... but this still works out pretty good. |
