Sorry, didn't mean to neglect this question! I came by the production schedule based on my own small company. It's a form of risk and financial management.... smaller releases have larger profit margines and give a company play-money for R&D on new designs. I release a large book that is expensive to fill with art and text, then a small book that lets me purchase toward the next large book. I figured the same thing works for models. Lol, tis okay ;D Ah, I think I see what you mean. It's an estimate on what the next release would be based on how much profit they are likely to recieve from the last one, right? Eh?? The entire tail is hinged and opens up, on the real model.. surely HMM wouldnt leave that out It's hard to say... The tail of the HMM looks to be articulated, which would make it very difficult to put a gun in it, particularly one that went the whole length of tail like in the wind up one. I could be wrong, though the absence of any photos showing a hidden gun does not give one hope

I really like the fold down wheels, it makes sense for the artillery Molga. And the way the head armour opens is way better than the original.
I think the green chassis would look better with the red wheels. Not sure what the left-over-bits-grey-Molga would look like ...
Looking good to me.

Well. It's a new design, and those are always good, I guess. But suffice to say I'll be passing on this. They look sorta nifty, but when I can only see myself buying to stick the canon on my Geno... feh. But I've got to say I'm a bit surprised... Molga? Thought (wished!) they'd do something with a bit more to move and show- Molga doesn't even have limbs... at least Stealth Viper could do snaky things, and the raptors were born for this. It's not a super-vintage posterboy (Gojulas, Redhorn) or new and popular (Bladey, LZ, Geno, BF) or cult-followed (Iguan?)... it's an inchworm.

The HHM line sure looks good, wonder what Zoids will be chosen next? If they do any flight-based zoids next, pteras or redler could be possible candidates (guardian forces black redler would make a good limited variant). I wouldn't be surprised to see Liger Zero given the hmm treatment (it's just how they would package the different CAS that i'm not sure of).

The thing with the Molga and command wolf is that they are getting the small fries out of the way for larger models such as the other ..billion and a half Ligers and theropod stompy critters. Do NOT be surprised if they did an HMM Sinker or even an Iguan or something. If I were the majority of you folk, I wouldn't complain soo much about what they are releasing. It's zoids, be glad Kotobukiya's even doing something with them. The little zoids like molgas are not as weak as the anime depicted them, anyone who has played battle legends pretty much knows to duck and cover upon hearing the mere word of "Molga Missiles". Molgas have been a mainstay in the zoid line for a VERY long time, and saying just to blow it off is particularily rude to the zoid fandom. If we flame and diss the smaller zoids now, we might NOT have much of a future for the Zoids continuing, eventually the makers would get fed up . Besides, later on when the Koto kits might be buried six feet under you might regret being so prejudice against the 'little worm'. Heck, this worm has a higher armor to body ratio than most modern zoids and is not as slow as you think. The average speed for a zoid eing about 200 km/h anything more or less is considered pretty fast, and high speed zoids being 280+km/h. I mean, the molga's speed maxes out at only 10km/h less than a command wolf's..that is saying ALOT for something without legs..
well rant time is over, I,personally, love this kit and would pre order it in a heartbeat if I had the money, however my family can abrely manage to pay the regular bills nowadays. And I have a bit of an idea of the missiles. Maybe they are on a ramp that can be rotated at an angle..you know, the entire surface to air missile thing that it's supposed to do. The origional model lacks this and would shoot itself in the back. Maybe they were going with how the missiles launch like in the VS series..just concealed a little lower or something.

I hope Koto continue to do small Zoid two-packs. I'm kind of hoping for a Zoids Zero Gunsniper set, with a 'standard' red Naomi version and that seriously upgraded 'sniper that belonged to Leena/Rinon.
I'd also expect a 'Raven' Raptor and a regular Rev Raptor. And I could do with a pack of Helcats - they'd go well with the Saber Tiger.

Small kits are also a bit more collectable from from the standpoint of money and for display space. I like many of the smaller kits and really wish that the Zoids lines had concentrated on them, leaving larger kits as rarer machines of renown. Now the large Zoids are the more common, the smaller ones seem rarer.
BTW, would still love to see HMM bugs (Guysack, Saicurtis, Double Sworder, etc.)

Mm..These look really cool, actually. :] I kind of want to buy them..But I don't think I could spring the cash, oh well. I hope that someone posts a review if they get them, and then I may seriously decide to save up and buy these lil' things.
