Well, since I'm incredibly bored right now, along with the fact that there is very little Elephander love on this site, I've decided to attempt my second review. This one came (sort of) prebuilt, well, the main body and legs were completed but not connected, everything else was gravy(thumbs up to Hidocker for hooking me up with it). Still, even with most of it done, it took me a while to figure out how to connect everything and all that, and choosing which mode(command, assualt, scout) to use. Well, now for some pics. Elephander means business. I didn't realize this at the time of the shot but you can see Super Mario 64 in the backround, along with some school papers. You can see how snugly the pilot fits in. Well, its not very snug at all considering the pilot flips around everywhere everytime I pick the zoid up but whatever. It's still cool looking You can see which trunk option I choose to use Side shot, nothing special really. Still looking cool though. Size comparison with Brachios, though Brachios looks a lot bigger than he actually is, its just that I took the pic right behind Brachios, makin him look to be about hte same size as Elephander when he's really much smaller. I think the word that describes Elephander best is intimidating. That's the only word that comes to mind for me at least. Pwnage of Helcat. My favorite shot. Elephander is my absolute favorite zoid. His movement is awesome, with the trunk raising up while he stomps along at a surprisingly fast speed. Again, with him next to all my other zoids, he just looks so intimidating. It also helps that he's got enough extra parts to fit anybody's tastes, with two head and three trunk options, along with two back weapon choices. A must have, highly recommended.

Don't forget the CP-15 additive, and 3 ear options.

I rediscovered Elephander earlier this year after a long time of ignoring it. Then one day I realized how fierce he looked. I still need to sticker mine and take some pics I've got mine done up with the commander head/tusks and the standard version's trunk weapon (grabby pwnage). Ele's definitely intimidating, but sometimes I wish he was a bit larger. Next to a liger, he's intimidating but tiny, so display him near your windups!

What about the other tusks? I would say the tusks would be assigned to the 2 heads, although I haven't tried to mix and match them.

Elephander really is one of the better designed kits out there, I have to agree. He has so many build options! His detail is actually quite high, and he looks very Zoid-like. Besides, every time you buy an Elephander you just got enough spare parts to design an entirely new custom!

In fact, the camera focused on them instead of your zoid! I think the camera wants to play Mario 64 (god knows I wish I could find it cheap. Why did I ignore it back in the day??)
Elephander is awesome. This is a good review! The phander vs helcat reminds me of things I've seen elephants do to tigers...

I think the trunk action on Elephander is a really neat gimmick. I also love the multiple configurations that come with each figure.
Elephander is definitely on my list of awesome under-appreciated Zoids.

Ele's definitely intimidating, but sometimes I wish he was a bit larger. Next to a liger, he's intimidating but tiny, so display him near your windups! Yeah, that's probably my biggest issue with him. He just doesn't look as scary next to the Dark Spiner because the Spiner is actually bigger, and the Shield Liger is longer. If they had just made him about an inch or inch and a half taller, Elephander owuld have been truly awesome. Oh well. At least he's huge in /Zero. Don't forget the CP-15 additive, and 3 ear options. What about the other tusks? argh! I thought what I listed as extra/optional parts was a ton, but it looks like I forget to mention there was even more! This shows how awesome the Elephander really is. In fact, the camera focused on them instead of your zoid! I think the camera wants to play Mario 64 (god knows I wish I could find it cheap. Why did I ignore it back in the day??) Elephander is awesome. This is a good review! The phander vs helcat reminds me of things I've seen elephants do to tigers... Yeah, I'm a n00b with a camera, though I think I did manage to get some pretty cool shots. And not surprisingly I was stricken with the desire to play N64 right after this review. And thanks for the compliments ;D

I do have an ele from the clearance of TRU, and boy it is a beauty in itself. We don't see much elephant-based Zoids besides Elephantus (loosely looks like), Mammoth, and Twin Horn, and so its great to see one. And it is one of the better new designs in the NJR, even though the scale is small when compared to the big cats!
Definitely get the CP-15 for some serious extra firepower, which is much better the twin cannons on the hips.

Yeah, thats the only gripe I have with Elephander too. He should have been a little bit bigger, as it is, his dimensions do look a little bit odd next to a shield Liger. But he is still an awesome looking zoid.
