Chrome CP-17 Schneider Unit

Hi guys

Got the Chrome CP-17 Schneider Unit along w/ CP-20 Jager Unit & CP-21 Panzer Unit here in Malaysia.

Finally got time to build it, now on with the review:

The Box Same as the regular CP-17 only distinction is the white sticker located on the lower rightside of the box.

The built product I put this CP on TOMY Academy Liger Zero since this 1 is readily available here in KL than the NJR.










The Cool
- Shiny
- Makes the LZ0 looks like wearing a 18K coat ;D

The Bad
- Pricey got it for US$40/piece
- Leaves ugly scar/mark on the portion where you cut it off from the sprue. So the white plastic is visible....really an eyesore
- The chrome makes it too thick that it's difficult to place the 2 blades on LZ0 head

Any suggestion how to mask the "exposed" scars

I'm not really a fan of these. :-( They're too bland in just one colour, IMO they need at least 2 colours to work.

I LOVE the chrome on the angles of the Zero CPs, but this really needs the blades (and preferably trim) to be another color. Still kicking myself for not getting them at Leoshop...some clear black paint and this guy would look a lot cooler, I think.

You could probably go over some of the parts with transparent paint and get a better two-tone scheme, though with copper you're kinda stuck with red or red

cool i like it. the only thing that i dont like is the white pcs. they dont realy go with the shinyness of the chrome. but other than that i think it looks cool.

Use this CP on the Liger Zero X naked body. Should look better.

I personally dont like the armor color. Im not sure but I heard it chips. At least thats what my friend said.

Andy, that'll be eye-hurting bling bling time... but I guess its worth it.
