Construction is fairly easy. Build head, legs, wings, body. Attach everything together. Yay. Hurricane Hawk Looks nice once built, and it has a nice wingspan for its size. The neck has limited poseability due to it's constructing and close proximity to the main body. The head has more poseability. The legs have a ball joint at the hip, simpler back and forth movement and the knee, and a ball joint at the foot. The legs can also be rotated back far enough for a nice flying mode. The wings are attached via a ball joint as well. Their movement is slightly limited by the position of the legs, which might black some movement. Last is a tail. Attached via ball joint, it can move quite well. For larger pictures, copy, paste, replace 'S' with 'L'.

I still hate the wings on this guy. They're the height of lazy design. I bet this guy would look a lot better with Buster Eagle's wings (too bad I chucked my BE).

One set of wings I actually kinda like the little bugger, but the legs and the obvious fusion bits on the tail still drive me off. To me he seems to have a cool head, and the rest is kinda poked on to make him into future gryphon bits. I have to wonder what I could do poking around with one and spare bits from other stuff...

Wow really cool. I'd say it suffers from being obviously designed to have its parts put on other zoids, but suffers is the wrong word. I can think of all kinds of uses for this, makes me wanna get two!

Hmm.. looks like I'll be grabbing 2 boxes of this Hawk if I need to cut the peg off to make it look nicer. Its supposedly meant to launch in SG about a week ago but the distributors are delaying the release due to a stock take. I hope they're out soon.

I dunno, I kind of like how the wings are made of two of the same types of parts. As a full model it looks a bit odd with connecting caps poking out, but if you want to mash it up with some other neo blox it has a nice customizable lego-y aspect to it. I'm finding all of the neo blox components a lot easier to customize into new models than the old blox stuff.
If you're not into mix & matching parts though, I can see why some people wouldn't like it as much.
