As promised to Tilly, here's the pics of the chase figure from the Genesis Art Statue set: Salamander F2 with Brachios. ;D As you can see, the wings are in chrome gold, body is silver and dark blue, the cockpit is also clear blue, guns on the wings are in silver and what you cannot see is the 2 missile launchers? and a seat for the rear gunner on the back, which comes in white. The standard Salamander figure has a grey and blue body, grey wing parts, orange cockpit, blue guns on the wings and the rear gunner unit + weapons are in dark grey. Overall I'd say this is a neat item to have to complete your Genesis Art Statue collection. I have 2 of these and am keeping both. Was pretty easy for me to get them via the gashapon machines but for some others it was a little more difficult. Its all about luck but if you can find one for a reasonable price, go for it. Just to add, here's how I display the Art Statues using the display cases I bought the other day: I've only got enough cases for 4 of the Art Statues. Will be needing another piece for the Hayate and Deadly Kong Art Statues.

Haha, I already completed the whole set.. 2 times over. Got extra pieces for the Murasame Liger and Hayate Liger Art Statues though. If my buddy wants them I'll be passing those 2 to him. I originally wanted to post up a review and pics of my whole set but seeing that there's another thread on them, it doesn't make sense to do another review on the same topic. I hope Tilly's happy that the Salamander F2 Art Statue pic is finally up.

Silver, its a game of luck for us here. We have those gasha machines that are stocked with the capsules for this series. I tried my luck the other day and ended up with 2 of this fella plus a complete set as well. With the help of a friend who had extras of the Megaraptor and Deadly Kong, I have 2 complete sets including the chase figures, of which one of the complete sets will stay in wraps and the other set will be displayed. I doubt you'll see the chase figure appear on Ebay anytime soon. I was lucky to end up with 2 pieces on the same day after 8 or so tries. They're not easy to procure and therefore will cost alot more compared to the regular items. Tilly, not parting with mine.. noooo.. ;D Unless that is, you're willing to send me some cash and I'll go give the machines a try again. ;D

I got them from a Japanese thrift store here in Singapore. They were going pretty cheap, you know, those $2 for each item stores. They won't fit a Blade Liger, that's for sure. You'll need to create a custom case for the BL alone. It will however fit the gashapons, Art Statues, and those smallish non-motorised Zoids like Demantis and Maccurtis, in which both *should* fit into a single case. I haven't tried it so its just a guess-timate on my part.

Are there any other gashapon zoids in those machines?

Just the small Genesis keychain fellas, which I find rather cute. They're also part of the Yujin range. I think I have extras for those. I recently obtained a partial gashapon set 4, missing the Ultrasaurus and Gungyarados?? but at least I have a miniature Molga to display. ;D Just to add, we have a spot here in the city area that has loads of these machines to play with. I reckon there's at least 30 or more machines with all sorts of gashapons for you to try your luck in getting. Silver, anything else you looking for? To-fu Oyako perhaps?

Nah, there's nothing else. Only if I could go there, I spend money at those machines. ^^ I like the little gashapons! Um.. I may be slow.. but what is To-fu Oyako? Is that food or something?

Its a range of toys. Tofu is the word for beancurd in Japan. So the critters have cuboid heads with a smallish body. Weird fellas. My gf digs them though.
