Zoids the One Blox: The Gatcha

Hmm.. the insert shows that? I must have missed that bit when I browsed through hobbyonsale. I know DH's the secret dude for Volume 1, so I suppose in Volume 2 the secret dude is LZ.

Doesn't make sense actually to have a freely available critter as the secret dude for Vol. 2.

So in actual fact, to have the whole set you only need the whole of Vol. 1, plus SLMk-2, BLBI, Red Horn, LZ Phoenix (Fire), and of course, Dark Horn. That means you'll have one extra Dark Spiner if you got both sets complete..

Technically, both sets are Volume 1. The difference between the sets (apart from the colour) is how you get them. This set here (which I bought two sets of myself early last year) is referred to as the "Capsule" set as it was only available through the Gashapon "Vending" Machines (I call them Gahsapon gumball machines myself). The other set is only available as the boxed figurines which generally sell by the case though some shops sell the boxes individually.

Volume 2 was supposed to have been coming out and consisted of the naked Liger Zero, LZ Jager, LZ Schneider, LZ Panzer, Genosaurer and presumably another chase. Sadly it was cancelled (I wanted that Genosaurer dammit!) and never saw the light of day.

Unforunately, No money, no ability to buy things off the 'net.

I suppose I could have my friend order 'em for me...

It'd be so awesome if the limited Liger Zero was a Liger Zero X rather than a normal Liger Zero

And Blitz, I don't know how the material matches up to the hasbro minis, but it feels like same vinylish stuff you find in most gashapon (so, pretty good quality).

I feel happy to have inspired a purchase of these excellent products. Even more so as you seem to thoroughly like the set XD

I was a bit put out by the cores myself so I bought the Blox CP pack which has six and replaced all the cores ^_^ For extra amusement the Liger Zero has an Imperial Core to show his true roots xp
