Forgive me, this is my first review, as well as my first non-Hasbro Zoid.
Alright, so, upon opening the box, there were Five sprues (one sprue of the little hard plastic joint cap things), his arms, tail, body, and the parts of the stand. The instructions were a fold-out kind. I was expecting a booklet, 'cause he's bigger than a Berserk Fuhrer, but, oh well.
So, less than an hour later, I had him built and I was looking down at him. Press the hidden button, and:
He makes one of three noises, which are a roar, a wierd gurgle/purr, and some kind of clashing noise.
The red circle on his chest lights up, flashing slowly.
The Good:
Assembly was very easy(took maybe... 30 minutes. I don't know, I had company over, we were all building stuff.), apart from getting the parts off of the sprues.
Also, unlike others were saying, there was no strong smell. I had to put my nose right to the parts to smell anything, and then, it was a faint smell.
Some complain about parts shedding, but the only thing that falls off on mine is his arm, when I move it, and that doesn't happen that often.
Some also complain about his joints coming apart to easily.
The Bad:
It took me about.. oh... 10-15 minutes to just locate the button to make him make noise.
My only complaint is that his head doesn't like to be posed. it tends to pop back to the straight-out pose.
The Ugly:
I've had him continually roar, and not stop.
When he's on his stand, he looks like he's riding a bike.
Pics:
And here's him and his buddies.:
(I'll try to get some better pics. Turns out the camera I took these with doesn't have macro. ><; )
Now, for my reccomendations:
I reccomend Bio Megaraptor to anyone who loves Dinosaurs, and/or Zoids. He's just that cool.
I hope I'm able to get my hands on some more Bio-Zoids.
