I havent done a kit review before, so I'll just do my best for this one:
Bio Volcano:
Bio Volcano is a very original model. Its actually a retooled Bio Megaraptor. The inner frame is similar except for the shape of the light-up core on its chest. Plus an extra light up piece right below was added to portray the Bio Particle gun. And since its a Bio zoids, it has multiple points of articulation, which gives it many varieties of pose.
The Design of the zoid is unique. Its unlike any other zoid that we've all seen before. The purple parts of the armor are actually translucent pieces much like the Bio Ptera. The red parts are a mettalic crimson-red color. Except for the head armor and a small piece right below the chest. They are actually a dull red color. The kit also comes with a stand which is good, since the Bio Volcano can barely stand on its own.
Overall, I highly recommend this to all people who loves Bio Zoids or hideous looking creatures. If you hate Bio Zoids then you can just skip this one.
I give this zoid a:
4 outa 5
Gildragon:
The Gildragon is actually a recolored version of the old infamous Gilvader. The zoid is powered by 3 AA batteries. Two for the lights and one for the main motor. The eyes, and the saws on each wings lights up a blue glow wich looks very cool to watch in the dark. After a few seconds, the lights will start flashing.
When activated, the Gildragon marches foreward at a decent speed. Lights flashes. The wings flap and the saws spins. The tail and jaw also moves up and down.
This zoid is very wide due to its wing span. And the main structure is about as long as mad thunder but Gildragon is pretty light for its size.
Gildragon is an awsome kit but one of the best feature is the new stickers that came with it. It looks like rune scriptures much like the one on the energy liger's horn and murasame's blades. The kit also comes with Gilvader's original horns if you ever want to switch them.
Overall, I highly recommend this zoid to all zoiders. Do I need a reason why? Its frickin Gilvader rereleased as Gildragon!
I give this zoid a:
5 out of 5
Other opinion:
If you compare Gilvader/Gildragon to a Redler, they actually have nearly identical structure shape. Its like the Gilvader is the evolved form of a redler.
