Well today I got up early to set my menu and start cooking. I got my onions carrts and celery for my soup, went to the butcher on fri to pick up my meats and seasons.
First up was the soup!
A nice Seafood soup w/ Maccurtis, Warshark and Killer Dome claws in a tomatoe sauce.
Then I stuff the Killer Domes(the one's I got the claws off of from the soup). Next was the Maccurtis Cocktails. I chilled them before I set them out. I made some Geno Saurer Devil Eggs(my wife and daughter love them!!) Then I made some Fire Phonix Shis-k- Bobbs. Took me 2 hours to made these guys. I season the Gojulas Gig Steaks with some season all and garlic. Then marinate them for 3 hours in A1 sauce and red wine with a splash of worcestershire sauce. I had the butcher grade up so Seismosaurs so I can make so Seismosaurus Angus Burgers.
BBQ some Redhorn Ribs and some Buster Eagel legs and thighs for the kids. Along with some Hebby Rhimos Hot Dogs.
Now I can sit back and rub my full tomy!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Yummy! One question - how come you managed to hunt all the critters down and kill 'em? (Don't mess with Orange County eh? OCC have got nothing on you lol!)
