It is such a cool show, I think anyone that has seen an armor shrike would fall in love with it.

Nature itself spawns huge insect-like monsters to lower the human population because of ongoing pollution, wasting of resources, and general overpopulation. At the same time several humans are diagnosed with a disease that is actually cells from those monsters. The monsters are called the Blue and the disease is called B-cells. The people with the disease go into cryogenic stasus until there is a way to treat the disease. While they sleep the Blue attack human cities and eat anyone in sight. The humans resist with 20ft. tall suits of armor called armor shrikes. The show is focused on one "sleeper" named Yuji Kaidou. He is rescued literally from the jaws of the Blue by a soldier named Marlene Angel. He eventually becomes the best armor shrike pilot and kills lots of Blue. Theres more but I'm going on too long.
;D I really love this show ;D
