I wonder if some two legged dinosaurs hopped like a Kangaroo instead of running like an Ostrich...

It is possible; though very difficult to confirm; VERY difficult. However, some birds use it as a means of travel today, so let us not rule anything out.
If it did happen, most likely it would go to some of the smaller dinosaurs such as Fabrosaurus (3 ft). You'd never see a T-rex doing this due to the sheer pressure of its own mass forced upon the creature's legs per hop.

Well, yeah, a T-rex is certainly too large, but a Utah Raptor? If there arn't 'roos that big now, there used to be.

Like I said, its possible, but in the case of the Dromaeosaurs, I would doubt it since their most obvious feature (the huge inner-toe claw) would be put at greater risks to becoming dull and inuseable in such situations such as hopping, as oppossed to running.
