But now I'll never be able to play it when I really wanted to. All you have to do is pay for it, then you can play. Same applies to all the Zoids games from Tomy that the others have been playing. You all have to pay, and then play. The pricing for the game is fairly low though.. Andy, a question for you, how big is the game file?

True, but those I can just order off of websites. (Without downloading, too. ) Filesize is another problem. I have Dialup so downloading anything over five or six megabytes takes forever...

isn't it illegal to -sell- something with copyrighted material in it for real money?

Yes, but Zoids is owned by a Japanese company and Japanese companies tend to be fairly friendly about that law - hence the enormous number of doujinshi and japanese-language fan games.

I don't think Hasbro would be able to do much either since he's not using their name-changes.

I think Hasbro probably *could* do quite nasty things if they wanted, and if they felt they needed to protect the integrity of a property they had the rights to. If Revolutions enjoys any sort of success, Andy might find himself with a big target on his chest.
I've bought a copy of Andy's game to support Andy and encourage him to either pursue a licensed game properly or work on changing this game over to an unlicensed IP. And to play a Zoids game that looks to be better than Dash.

*pokes* Put up more auctions, preferably with 100+ stock. Shame you couldnt figure the multiplayer out but it looks great without it.

Thanks for all your kind comments. I've listed a few more but eBay won't let me put multiple-item listings because my acount only has 5 feedback. Stormhawk, the game's size is just over 12 mb. Would you rather I sell it for Playtown money? Yes, I expect they could. But Unless the game makes it REALLY big, I doubt they could care less.

Andy - can you not set up one Auction with multiple copies available ?
Also - if you want to put your Ghost Zoids on ebay at £5 each, I'll bump up your Feedback ... ;D

Maybe those of us you know well enough could just paypal you the money without going through all the ebay stuff, unless you really need the feedback.

And the only way anyone's going to get hold of my Ghost Zoids is if they pry them out of my cold, dead fingers.
