I don't know if it is the plastic and its aging but I have taken out my ZOIDS that were kept away and Bio Raptor Gui has all this parts broken. And BioMegaRaptor has its arm socket broken (my flat mate dropped it to the floor and this was also the reason for this last one. But anyway I felt that they have become...weak.

Weren't the bios made in a sort of wierd rubbery plastic? Maybe that has something to do with the issue. I haven't built any of them. Heck I only recently discovered I actually bought some of them. I thought I didn't since I wasn't thrilled with their look compared to standard zoids. Sorry you are having issues. Some older standard zoids made in a red plastic have issues far worse than this. I've heard of some turning to dust. Red dyes and plastic are a bad mix chemically speaking.

The armor is rubbery but the main body isn't. Unfortunately, with Bio Zoids, I feel like there's also significant design flaws in addition to the occasional brittle plastic. They have their body parts connected by narrow pegs that really aren't suitable for much more than weapons and armor. My Bio Tricera was bought second hand with the head peg snapped, and I've seen many more Bios with heads and tails snapped off because it's bad design to put that large of a part suspended at the end of a narrow peg.
That aside, I've heard Gui in particular suffers from brittleness as well. Glue liberally, I guess, and hope for the best.

Yes, that is.
Gui is not rubbery, only the big ones. But the armor seems brittle...
I will try to glue it and in the future try to 3D print it.
Also, the joints are super loose.

Depending on how dedicated to a project you are. I have one mib. I can ship it off to my friend Twotoys. He in turn can clone any and all pieces. I warn you this will not be a cheap process. BTW he is just 1 of 4 who do this process that I am in contact with, currently working with him and 1 other. Otherwise watch for sales in Feebay or Buyee/yahoo japan or yahoo japan yardsale or japan mercari, for a good deal on one. The aforementioned would likely not be a route anyone would really go with for one of these. When it comes to doing things a bit odd, I excel at it and it wouldn't be the 1st unusual piece sent to him. Further his process would mean my mib would no longer be mib due to said process. However it would alleviate the rubbery armor disintegration syndrome problems for at least that model.

All my smaller Biozoids are EXTREMELY fragile. My Gui and Bioraptors have multiple fractures in the tail armor and chest frame armor. I have already glued these more than once. The plastic from these does not age well. The larger Biozoids have no issues other than the normal yellowing issues of the Genesis line Zoids. My Hayate has yellowed o the point of being orange where the white is....and never been in the sun. I have the windows covered in the Zoids room, but they still yellow badly.
