I need some information. I recently discovered the TS series of zoids. Merda and barigator for starters. Are there any others in this series? A hammerrock would be awesome! It's neat to see some old windups make the transition to bat op even if an ugly wire with no real way to hide it is present. Anyway thanks in advanced for the information.

This is the first i'm hearing of it. Looking it up, it appears those two are the only ones. The weapon pack to hide the batteries in is clever, and bizarrely small unless i'm drastically misremembering how big these zoids are, compared to the size of a AAA battery.

From what I've seen Tiga Godos is a TS as well. So at least those 3.

Never mind. After extensive net sluthing I found an answer somewhat. Someone has went thru the work of seeing what the Thruster system works with and won't work with. This web site that covered it is here. zoido.smeat.net/ts-thruster-system-motor

Interesting! I actually didn't notice Zoido had actually tried with one of the 1/12 Zoids, but I haven't been on his site in a while, so I probably ehtier didn't see it or don't remember. Pretty cool seeing how many kits the TS motor is compatible with.

I always wished that with updated technology, this could be a wireless rechargeable motor.

As long as we don't end up with Tomy requiring us to download an 'app' and when the servers go down or it's no longer compatible, your zoids stop working

As long as we don't end up with Tomy requiring us to download an 'app' and when the servers go down or it's no longer compatible, your zoids stop working This sounds like a Hasbro thing more than a Tomytec thing, just my two cents. LEGO does a similar thing with their motors and programming kits. There used to be classic, old school battery boxes and motors that were called "Power Functions" and boy were they awesome. Wanna motorize something? Sure can - just flip a switch on the motor, put some batteries in the pack, and away you go! Now, the replacement for the PF line is an app-based program that connects motors/sensors via Bluetooth. Can't run it offline, and you have to build a program to run the motor on the app (which is rife with bugs with community made patches), and you can't even disconnect the device you're paired to without the motors shutting off. It's a super cool system but you can't just toss batteries into a pack anymore and let it go. I may be projecting a bit here. I still use my 30 year old LEGO 9V systems for motorizing stuff so I might not be the target audience. As long as I can rebuild a wind-up gearbox and not have my battery-driven Zoids corrode/die, I think I'll be happy.

Mike Judge tried to warn us, but it's too late. Idiocracy is here
