A guy I know got a Hasbro Pteramander that apparently has a few gears missing from its gearbox, and he's looking for a source. Anyone know which models have the same gearbox? Apparently the Iron Kong one looks the same, but has slightly different gears to slow down the movement.

I think you're in the wrong section. Anyhow, it's definitely not the same motor as Iron Kong. I can't say for sure what it is, but if you look at it here www.zoid.us/buildingsalamander.htm you can see the differences pretty clearly. I would guess it's the same as Gordos |
