Very cool! Looks almost like an official Lego set with how efficiently and thoughtfully you chose the parts. Is this the first Lego Zoid you've made?

I am a lot into Lego now (I'm doing a show in 3 weeks), and I'm finding this one really well done ! But, as an OER/OJR fan, I would have made it medium blue instead of green. But that's my point of view.

Thank you all for the kind words! I have made more Lego Zoids, albeit most of them are 5 or so years old, but here's a link to them: www.flickr.com/photos/kylepeckham/albums/72157630954904456Snowflake: Check the Lego Creator line. This started life as a Creator pterodactyl but was expanded from there once I got home the ext day. They have a few dinosaur kits that make a decent base if you have other parts to mod them from. Also, The now retired Legends of Chima Legends Beasts worked well too. Lionel: I'm doing a Lego show next week in my area and will have my Zoids on display, I'll take some pictures and post them once I have some time. I originally wanted to build this using the Lego teal to replicate the NJR Raynos I grew up with, but alas, teal parts are quite expensive. Maybe some day....but then again, it would be easy to copy it utilizing an OJR/OER scheme.

Is there a way for you to upload build instructions?

Is there a way for you to upload build instructions? I will be making some available! Working on reverse engineering the build through LDD to create said instructions. Once I get a valid PDF and parts list I'll stick them on my Dropbox. If there's enough interest I may make a limited run of some of them to sell as ready-made kits through my Bricklink store.

I would absolutely support you through Bricklink. Never used it before, but let us know if you decide to do it.
