seems to me you have some parts to do a swap....lol. and i do prefer the hasbro version, however i wonder what the fuzor color would look like on my liger zero, the red x armor. that would look awsome.

Reno - This is your first review ? I think you're doing fine. You'll need to do the Embarassing-personal-item-accidentally-caught-in-the-background at some point, but no-one expects you to be perfect on you're first attempt Back to the Zoid: Phoenix is a brick. Actually, its a brick with backwards wings. As a model, its pretty much just a lump of plastic that does more or less nothing. However, it is a very pretty and sleek looking brick, and the pointy bits do look good on a Liger Zero. In terms of colour, all three versions look good to me. The Blue Liger Zero Phoenix combo is a bit unusual, so I refer to to as Ice Wing. The Fuzors version has the transparent yellow, which has the wow factor but reveals part numbers and pegs used for construction. Hasbro Phoenix is less flashy, but still has a solid look. Hasbro have used a lighter red, but I don't think it strays into the realm of pinkiness. So play value is low, but any one of the three is a great to display or add-on to a LZ. zed

I would love to make a custom of the Phoenix with a real body and details (like an HMM version). I like that it's a unique design, but hate that it's Blox.

I like Blox because they remind me of Legos and I have an endless imagination.

I also like blox because you can use em like legos and i grew up in a lego household. they also TEND to be cheaper and take up less space. There are some things i don't like about the blox such as how a lot of the early ones like unelagia and so on didn't hold together. that irritated me to no end.

I wasn't gonna say anything, but.. I never liked how the wings are so obviously lightning-bolt-shaped when viewed head on, if you know what I mean. Obviously it's hard to let wings rotate but it's not as if they'd look good rotated anyway.
