Battle 7 I think of Fuzors Battle Mode. The one with Bone and the Brachio-Tortise. I was using a Shadow Arm Lizard at the time (Mat as the pilot, Vega in a Sturm Tyrann for a partner) and was charging toward the thing. Out of nowhere, I went through the rock wall. In full motion, I couldn't stop and started falling. I literally fell off the map! It was the most absurd thing I had ever see. SAL was just falling, when I ignited my boosters, I fell faster. So I then decided to fire my Diver Cannon since this was a battle afterall. The shots just flew up. I won the battle anyway, probably because of Vega.
It was the most bizzare thing I've seen. I tried to find the "anomoly" again with a Matrix Dragon this time to see if I can freely fly in and out of it. I couldn't find it and resorted to fighting the other zoids so as to not loose from running out of time.
Has anyone else had this happen?

Something similar happened to me with one of the VS games, I can't remember if it was III or Battle Legends...my Zoid wound up falling through the bottom of the map and just kind of spinning around in empty space. I think I was playing in vs. mode, no partner, so I had to restart the game since I and the opposing Zoid couldn't attack each other.
Another time, I equipped a Bike Wolf with boosters and tried to use it in vs. mode and found that the thing wouldn't steer at all. I could keep it moving in a straight line, but it wouldn't turn.
I've also found that at a certain distance, some of the models lose all their texture and detailing and just show up as big blocky shaded polygons.

And I think you mean Gravity Wolf. Regardless, I should try that. And I noticed that too. You would think something like that wouldn't occur in a sequel.

Bike Wolf=nickname for Gravity Wolf, since it looks like a motorcycle and all. I use it 'cause it's funnier.
Zoids games aren't exactly known for their quality. >.> I was amazed they bothered to fix the controls between II/Battle Legends and III, even if other glitches remained (notice how everything slows way the hell down when there's lots of missiles or laser bolt things in the air during battles? Augh).
And I think it was a LZ Phoenix I was using in that one game, so yeah, it was probably III.

the quality may not be great but some details they put in are quite nifty, Try equipping an E-Shield to LZF or EL and see what happens.
