I like her, and to my mind, the SRDX done since the Genesis line are really better done, with better sculpting and the face looking more like the real character. I like this one.

Really, I think a lot of you guys are being hard on this figure because of her chest looking 'odd.' You really can't compare Midori to the other SRDX figures, though. That restraint she wears holds her bust like that, nothing else to it. Look at any other image of her in that outfit and thats how her boobs look.
As for her paint, I put that up to this one being a quickly done display, not meant for sale.

I say that they look fine. Only reason you'd think that would be because you prefer cleavage, but I won't get into that... I think they look funny as all get out and I don't care for cleavage. Something about them just looks...not natural. At all. And it's not the outfit itself, that's fine.

I'd like to apologize to Mystick Skye... (I'd totally forgotten about my comment until now)
My comment wasn't directed at anyone in particular, and I made it at 6:30 AM, and wasn't quite fully aware at the time, so I didn't realise it could be taken as a specifically directed comment.

Because my life really is this boring, behold: img.photobucket.com/albums/v164/adamassc/160.jpgI combined the image of the SRDX with the image of Midori that first appeared in Denki. It looks like they made her older, and did manage to up her cup size a bit. EDIT:image was stretching the page, so it is a link now.

I think 'a bit' is an understatement...

That restraint she wears holds her bust like that, nothing else to it. Look at any other image of her in that outfit and thats how her boobs look. I disagree but seeing as many people don't seem to put stock in my word several others I know disagree too, many of whom are female and artists, one of whom majors in design with another specialising in anatomy. Look at any other image of her in that outfit and thats how her boobs look. I'm looking at multiple images of her and the breasts don't stand like mountains, float like clouds nor stick out at massive angles. As for her paint, I put that up to this one being a quickly done display, not meant for sale. Currently there seems to be a trend of the final product being slightly different from the images provided so far. Riize certainly was and frankly I'm hoping Midori will be too. I'm hating that purple lining amongst other things. I'm honestly thinking that as we get closer we'll get better pics but with the best of two months or so to work with it's really up in the air. And apology accepted Kaelin.

Putting them side by side, I can see what you mean now. It's not just her bust, either. They elongated her entire body and thinned her cheeks. After Re Mii one would believe that they wouldn't have an issue with leaving her design appear young. It's the same thing they did with Celica, too, but at least Midori's outfit is accurate.

Yeah, it's not too far off, but the boobs are like...escaping off to the sides via levitation in ways that look somehow wrong. And the slightly-off-but-close is somehow more weird to my eye than, say, Chris's giant bust 'o death.

Yeah, not sure if I mentioned it here but the majority of the figurine just looks odd. I couldn't really place what was so odd about it for the most part other than the bizarre boobs so it's with some thanks that you did. Really doesn't seem too much like Midori D:

I like it, apart from the breasts. Its as if when the sculptor decided to make them bigger than the illustrations he/she didn't take the harness or the latex/leather/whatever its supposed to be into account and so instead of making them overlap the harness slightly, which would make it look like soft stretchy fabric, or squash them down a bit, he just pushed them off to the sides.
I've seen them look like that in real-life, but always with hemp rope or clamps and a grimace.
