From all the pictures I've seen of the Shield Liger, I suspect that it is a static kit... three different sites show the kitty in exactly the same position, even though one is in a diorama. The wolf may likely also be static... anyone seen either of these in different positions?

If by static you mean non-motorised then yes. If by static you mean unable to move at all though, very much no. Zoidscore alone shows it in multiple poses. This blog shows the posable nature of the zoid and this promotional poster also shows different ways the zoid can be posed. It's been specifically stated that these are posable, in fact it's one of the main selling points. High detailed articulated zoids

That is so sweet.. It's just too bad it really doesn't fit into the zoids universe at all Why doesn't it? The Zoids universe is pretty flexible, seeing as how it's been revised and rebooted a few times now. Call it a custom if you want. Commando Wolf Hyper-Flex High Mobility Hostile Gunner Type Mk XIV mod A. I think it's spiffy enough to make the effort.

I love the snowy/clear looking cockpit. its great. I wouldn't get too attached to that, it's going to be orange in the final product. -Pheno

I definitely think I could get used to these. I'd just like to see some original zoids in this style, to lend it more legitimacy

but does anyone know where i can get one and is it the same size as the model kit? It's not out yet, but when it is, all the usual places are sure to have it. Also, yes it is the same size as the windup.
