Looks like a sequel to Dash, or at least involves Dash's characters and the now-non-chibi Liger Zero. The graphics obviously got a grade-up, but what's up with the red LZ? Says on its card that it's part phoenix. So why does it just look like a paint job?

It most likely involves them in the same way the VS. games involve Bit and Van.

theres a trailer and the red liger zero just says liger zero SP not phoenix. the trailer you can find on zoids core right above the pictures.

I know, but I can read "lion/phoenix type Zoid" on the card.
Wow, those graphics are GC quality. Definitely getting it, although I would have anyway.

It doesn't seem so, simply seems to be based off the Arcade Game which did.
