Undetailed stickers? All older Zoids I've gotten with stickers they were plenty sharp and often far more interesting than the Generic Warning Land most new sheets are... Especially the ones with random quotes from the bible and engineering manuals. ;D

I've seen the engineering manual ones, but Bible quotes? Which Zoids? (I believe it, I just want to *see* it now...)

Was it in the background of that one NJR leaflet? I seem to remember something Bible-y on one of those.

Undetailed stickers? All older Zoids I've gotten with stickers they were plenty sharp and often far more interesting than the Generic Warning Land most new sheets are...other than OJR Deadborder. Its stickers were a bit wonky-I have to wonder if it's something to do with the GITD ink that they later fixed for the TDP glowy critters. Hey that's okay, you're entitled to your opinion. I don't like the OJR stickers, to me they look very old, which they are, but I don't like that they look outdated. I've got nothing against the OJR, I have a huge amount of respect for it because without the OJR line we wouldn't have the NJR line, but I don't like vintage stuff and I would never buy anything OJR. -Phenotype

Old-school and different yes, but undetailed makes it sound like they're all blurry or something.

Old-school and different yes, but undetailed makes it sound like they're all blurry or something. I guess, "simplistic" might have been a better choice. I find the OJR stickers to be rather simplistic compared to the NJR ones. -Pheno

looks at my gojulas mk2, iron kong mk2 and gojulas... undetailed stickers how? despite being a fan of all thigns gojuli i dont think i'll be chasing this one. the gojulas mould is REALY starting to show its age, and the refurbs they put in for the mk 2 re release havent helped all that much. 'fraid I just can't agree there- still think Gojulas looks quality. What refurbs did they do for the MKII?

No actual mould changers, more of just "cleaning up" the mould. The NJR Goju was prone to loos of detail, deformations in the mould, flash, assymetrical details and so on. For the TDP Goju Mk II, they seem to have "repaired" the mould so these problems are either nott pesent or, at least, less obvious.
For comparisons, look at the TDP Greatsaber. It's clear that the mould is wearing out, as the production quality has been terrible. Mine looked like somebody chewed it.
That being said, even with reapirs, it looks like the Goj's mould is coming to the end of its life.

My NJR Gojulas was from that later run they did and it had Issues with flash in a few places, especially the tail. I haven't seen a Mk.II rerelease, though.
My Great Sabre was surprisingly not dodgy other than the teeth, though the mold still shows signs of wear.

*shakes head* I now have a Great Saber in my collection. How the heck do you wear out a chunk of D4 Tool Steel like this? Sloppy operating practice, poor storage... I just don't get it. It's time to either retire the molds or build new ones. ...or give them to me and I'll fix them.

Gojulas in it orgional incarnaitons has the most amazing, hsarm details on the head, and if oyu compare an ojr/oer or zoids 2 zodzilla to a more modern gojlas, you can se ehow hte lines have blured and softened. for the mk2 re release they tried to fix some of htis, but the fixes dont seem to have taken very well becasue we're back to same old blurred mess wiht hte forest gojulas. Oh wells

i dont think im gonna get this gojulas, few reasons: 1. i already have a few gojulas's 2. i hate dark green on certain zoids 3. its totally stupid! a gojulas is so big, camo wouldnt even be needed, the gojulas walking alone would give away its position! and now...in a forest???!

I want it, just because I don't have a Gojulas
I want any Gojulas
Anywho, the OJRness is interesting and the colour scheme reminds me of Gordos, but... Yeah, it needs more contrast
