My biggest foray into the gaming world yet is finally taking form and everything is coming together. I've taken a couple of little teaser shots for you all to see:
That's the briefing screen you'll see before every mission. You can choose what Zoid you want to pilot, buy weapons, play mini games, buy equipment and generally perform maintainance on your team. As you play through the game you have to keep your eyes peeled to spot new weapon/equipment data which will then be unlocked in the shop for purchase (you earn money by collecting spare parts from defeated enemies or playing unlocked minigames).
2 reasons why Inferno Liger pwns joo all:
So what's new? Well, if you want an idea of scale:
Phew. Well there ya go. I hope I got your attention with all that. ;D

- Napalm
- Flamethrower
So what's new? Well, if you want an idea of scale:
- 11 main characters to choose from (so far) plus a host of others you can mind control...
- minigames to earn extra money...
- better graphics (you can probably see)...
- Over 30 weapons (not including all the blades and claws) plus various bits of equipment and abilities...
- A far bigger cast of enemies...
- Enemies don't just run up and down and shoot any more. Some will duck to avoid your blades, some will aim directly at you, some will flee for cover etc. They also display a certain degree of intelligence, ie if their comrade they're standing next to suddenly errupts in a ball of flame they won't just stand there.
- The ammo system I used in my other games has been replaced by a far more efficient energy system. firing a weapon drains the energy, the more powerful the weapon, the more energy it takes to fire. The lost energy can be recovered via a dynamo sytem that recharges during movement.
Phew. Well there ya go. I hope I got your attention with all that. ;D
