To grab weapons: Take the icon, and erase everything except the weapon. Select it, (when using paint, the button that looks like a dotted lined star) and move it over the zoid so it looks attached.
To change the colors: You know how the icons consist of several small pixels? Change the color one by one (darker color for the more shadowed areas, lighter colors for the areas that seem to be in the light more) until it comes out the way you want it to.
For the ADRSaurer, I took the Geno Saurer and painted the purple areas black/dark gray/normal gray/lighter gray/white. Actually turned out better than the model.

can u make animated ones? ;D -Raven Raptor I, alone, cannot, but BladeLiger and I have been working on some cool projects, making Rev Raptor heads fall off (no offense intended to you) and sending the Blade Liger through the Death Saurer's heart. Check them out, if you haven't already, on the Fan Art page.

how do you make it with know backround on the net likes ZE? Im working on a berserker with a custom CAS How to make it so there isn't background like ZE? No clue. But why is that important? Do you not like background? (then again, in the case of Zoid icons, background doesn't matter)

How do you change the colours on those?? Is it photoshop?? The color of the zoid itself? Paint! If you don't get the post above, I can't help. Too hard to explain.

In PSP (free trial at jasc.com):
Hold down control (or use the eyedropper) and right click on the color you want to change, making it the background (rear color on the selecty thing).
Select the color you want it to become as the foreground (color you draw with).
Use the Color Replace tool (in 6, it's that red and blue thing, I think), and when you click, it'll act like a brush, but only painting the color you're changing the color you're changing it to.
I bought version 6 a while ago. I didn't like the interface on 7 as much, and I haven't tried 8...but 6 runs very well on my older computer with not enough RAM.

Anyways, this is one of my character's Zoids, a pretty standard Shadow Fox type named Beline. Here's the Heavy Combat package, nothing special just a modified CP-23 and dual 105mm Heavy Beam Cannons jammed on the critter. I made it big...

Yes! It's done! I modified the ADR Saurer so it has the Geno Breaker head weaponry: Now it's more like the real thing! What do you think?
