Based on looks, the Murasame Liger. Based on difficulty of construction, well, my bet is for the Sword Wolf, and Soul Tiger when it comes out.
I know, I don't actually OWN any, but looking at the sprues, one can get a vague idea.

The wardrobe-changing Elephander is probably the best, even if it isn't in model form. Next to it, the Soul Tiger. We won't know what the Kong and Panda will be like yet ^_^
And damn your luck in Australia, at least you still get zoid models. Why oh why would Tomy-Baby Toy Making-USA leave us high and dry? ;_;

We still get Zoid models? That's funny, they're rarer than hen's teeth. We only got the first line of BLOX here last month. Even so, Zoids are especially uncommon in stores here now. Personally, I don't anticipate the Genesis line to come out until at least six months after the anime ever gets aired here.
But, our DVD releases are sweet ^_^

So far I've gathered that this takes place in the future of zoids after fuzors. I think this is the chronological order correct me if I'm wrong:
Chaotic Century
Guardian Force
New Century
Fuzors
Genesis

Fuzors seems to be its own universe separate from /Zero...and who knows about Genesis.

The Liger Zero's CAS' which featured in New Century were mentioned in Zoids Fuzors. I wouldn't be surprised if the two series took place centuries apart.
Also, the Fuzors Zoids make a cameo appearance during the Genesis intro.
Zi's history seems to be full of natural disasters, including asteroids, planet-wide seismic upheaval and so on. This could explain why the characters of one series don't seem to know much about the ones from previous series. I bet the Zoids know a lot more than the humans do.

Yeah, but the Liger Zero is not mentioned as special in an Ultimate X way, and I don't believe there was any mention of the CAS being built by the Doc either. The CAS are in the modelverse too, that doesn't mean they're related-two realities, same ideas.
The Fuzors Zoids may just be Lazy Animator Syndrome. It looks to be the same people with a better budget (although I'm not sure), which would explain that and the shading and all.
