I got mine at a wall-mart about.... Along time ago oh yeah it was November I got him. It was the only one there. Heheheheh I begged my dad to buy it for me, but i barely got it because i was buying my $100 Gojulas Giga off of him, and i stil lowed him $90 of it... Then the buster eagle was $32 including taxes. So i had a very fun job of paying my dad back $120 -_-
But in any case I found nothing wrong with the birdy... So i dont see why peoples are complining about Hasbros.

That's near the west coast, Genesis. And Pheno, aprox When did you see them , and at what store (Name) I saw them at the Easton Target awhile back before Christmas. Now all they have are the action figures, Dimetra Ptera, and Energy Ligers. -Phenotype

I had to go two towns over (one techinically - don't ask) to get my Buster Eagles. And they work just fine. I love them. Especially when fused with Berserk Fury, but we won't get into that here.

To help prove this non working joints thoery false once and for all (redeeming myself) I will tell, you, I worked at it last night, the joints are rather stiff, but work perfectly. They are actually pretty neat joints, and I am still figuring a way to use them on something else. On a side note, where do you put your joints for the wings when the buster eagle has its wings out pheno? I just put them on he bottom.

In the Tomy version, the ratchet joints are put on the bottom, yeah.
They'd make wonderful shoulder/hip joints for a quadraped Zoid, though. Ultra posable, and won't fall apart as easily as a normal ball/socket joint.
