I just built my FP today, and I must say, the thing's huge, It's way larger than I'd expected. Aside from the Red and Helic BLOX, I love the it. What do you guys think of them?

I like Fire Phoenix alot, both as a stand alone toy and as armour for my Liger Zero X. Although, for a Blox Zoid, he sure isn't very poseable.
One thing I did with mine is install the wings the other way around so that the cannons are facing forwards. I like FP better this way, since now he has better offensive capability.
Susp, wishes he could find Buster Eagle

Mine keeps looking at me, wanting to be painted.
And now I'm tempted to also take it apart, split the wing feathers, and try and add more articulation...

He's just a zoid for display and for uniting with Ligerzero.
The Eagle and the falcon can kick his butt.. even after the Phoenix uses his rainfire attack, the buster eagle can didge it becoming completely plain and the Falcon can disperse the fire bolts with high spinning alloy blades.
Then the can move in for the kill...too bad the phoenix isn't like the cartoon show...

Umm, I wouldnt say that the pheonix is considerably smaller than the eagle, just somewhtat smaller. Yeah, his articulation sucks, but whatever. Also. the wings look better facing backwards. Simply for the fact that thats how birds fly, as well as the fact that feathers dont face forward. Rainfire attack??

I painted my FP, i painted the red parts light blue with white speckles, but i did out of bordom and to get rid of old paint, so i ran out and never finished the underside of the parts and finished parts that need touch-ups.... I call it Ice phonix, it look sgood with the yellow! ;D
I will finish it one day!

Yeah, I've no BE or any other Large aerial Zoid to compare it to. Right now I've got it combined with my Schneider LZ. Two Words-Bad. Ass. ;D

I've found that Fire Phoinex looks better on Liger Zero X then LZ. The bronze, red and gold of LZX goes a lot better with FP's red and yellow then LZ's black and white does.
Looks quite spffy, actualy...

I couldn't agree more about combineing with the LZX, I even painted mine to match the LZX. Check the links to see it. EDIT: Please dont link your website, request members to PM you for the link www.geocities.com/mathew_impact1/lxp01.jpgI also reversed the wings, remounted the guns, and split the feathers.
