I have build the Fury and Breaker and breaker broke the cake on that one. It took me a long time (around as same as Fury and longer than LZero), but my mom "accidentally" bumped it off my desk while she wuz dusting and it took an hour to put together. Of course the problem wuz a battery and not a part, even thoguht it nearly drove me mad to get the head and neck together right.

Right now, I have to vote for the Beserk Fury as the hardest to build Zoids model I have completed (though my first Elephander has to get honorable mention for being the Zoid that got me to spill the largest amount of blood -- I slice my thumb quite good with an Xacto knife wile working on him.)
Of course, I have a Death Stinger, a Gojalus Giga, and a Japanese Seismosaurus waiting to be built that may change my opinion.

Well, i first put up a hardest model ever thread, and they agreed that barigator was a toughy, i have him, and he gave a me a hard time putting his side plates on the motor, my one friend helped me because she had put one together, and it broke. It is up there for people with a smaller reference of zoids, and because it has the one hard part with the fragile piece. I mean, could you vote if you only had 4 zoids? Probably not, the zoids up there, are for experts. (hardest:experts::easy:beginers) ;D ;D

(ps: i also put him up there, because i had no other suggestions from the thread i made...) ;D ;D

I wouldn't call any of them hard to build... some take alot more time than others, granted, but then I'm usually multi-tasking (I build them at my computer desk) between PCs or games or whatnot while I'm building one. I've never really built one to see how fast I could... don't really see the reason to.

I think that the Berserk Fuhrer wasn't too hard, it just took me longer than the others since I was also being bothered by my friends while I was building it.

Zoids model/toy kits were never designed to be difficult in the first place. It's not about who's expert at it either.. as it's target 'audiences' are kids.
Like some of the guys mentioned, the time factor is also irrelevant. Naturally, if a Zoids kit contains more pieces, it'll take more time, that's all.

Beserk wasnt that hard, for some reason pteramander was kinda hard. there were a lot of pieces i had to jam on and I was too busy worrying about not breaking the wings to do good on anything else.

It was Gairyuki...I snapped the first tail fin off, darn...
But BF was easy afterwards, but since he is similar to Gairyuki, I voted for him, the longes i has taken for me to build a zoid was 2 hrs...Genobreaker was easy, Pteramander was hard and lot of pieces, gordosaurus was very easy...

The Gairyuki was hard to assemble, but only because of all the fiddly bits that had to link to the motor, like the moving parts in the tail and neck/head parts. Those annoyed me to no end.
