As a professional artist by trade and a publisher to boot, I am certainly very glad when someone approaches me and requests permission to use any of my work for personal use. Anyone may use any form of publication (digital, magnetic, audio, photographic, written, etc.) for any purpose they would like... so long as the original copyright holder gives you their blessing. My attorney's investigation showed that the reproduction of any work, in any amount, is considered an infringement, by the way... UNLESS (drum roll, please!) the original work is made available through the public domain by the artist or the artist's authorized agent. (in other words, TT can't go after you for using a screenshot of one of their Zoids that they dropped onto a fan site, so long as it was lacking the "this image (c) TT and we don't want ya to use it!") Anyway, asking permission is sincere flattery, and I'm sure that they would be happy to oblige a fellow fan. If someone asked me if they could take some of Paladin's pics and make some fan art with them, I would be quite happy to let them do it! I would ask that they did acknowledge that I built him, though.

Thanks everyone, I really appreciate the support. I may also be willing to do a trade with those who can help supply photos, an art image of any zoid (their choice, and not traced).
